In the current competitive market environment,small and medium-sized real estate enterprises must strive to improve their human resource management.In human resource management,is more important to establish a set of scientific,in line with the actual real estate enterprise performance appraisal system is.Throughout China's small and medium-sized real estate enterprises performance appraisal system,most of the existence of a strategic issues is not strong,appraisal index,appraisal method is not perfect backward,urgently needs to be improved.The Balanced Scorecard as a method of performance evaluation from the perspective of enterprise strategy,fits the needs of the real estate enterprises.Under this background,this paper applied balanced score card in W Real Estate Company performance appraisal system,carry out monographic study.This paper firstly expounds the basic theory and methods of performance evaluation,introduces the basic theory of balance scorecard knowledge.Secondly,based on Balanced Scorecard,take the W Real Estate Company performance evaluation for the object,from the assessment of strategic is not strong,evaluation index is not reasonable,the main assessment is too single,assessment period is not reasonable,the lack of performance feedback and communication,the use of the assessment results is not enough and analyzes the existing problem of performance evaluation of W Real Estate Company.Then,from the implementation of the strategic objectives of the company,to enhance the management level,strengthen enterprise culture and other aspects of the necessity of the implementation of the balanced scorecard.Then,take the W Real Estate Company's mission,vision and strategic perspective,the use of the balanced scorecard from the financial,customer,internal process,learning and growth four dimensions to construct W Real Estate Company level,department level and staff level of performance appraisal index system.Finally,put forward the implementation of W real estate system of performance appraisal process,including performance planning,performance implementation,performance feedback and interview,performance results application.At the same time also proposes the W Real Estate Company need to do a good job in three aspects of the security work,namely the company high level to give high attention,building powerful organization guarantee system,good cultural atmosphere.I hope the research work has a certain reference value for the implementation of the establishment and performance evaluation system of China's small and medium-sized real estate enterprises.
