Baikal Lake is the most precious liquid fresh water resource with the largest single resource in the world. The ecological protection of Baikal Lake is very important. However, with the development of tourism, domestic and international tourists from Russia go to Baikal Lake, which not only promotes the development of local tourism industry, but also brings environmental problems, and there is a conflict of interest between tourism stakeholders.Based on the stakeholder theory and the sustainable development theory, this study identifies the types of the conflict of interest, studies the specific conflict models with theoretical significance, such as "cardiopulmonary bypass",and expounds the relevant production The social and economic background of Sino Russian tourism conflict and the role of Sino Russian economic interest relationship under the background, finally put forward the relevant measures to solve the conflict and interest coordination.Specifically, this paper consists of the following chapters:The first chapter is the introduction part, from the perspective of the necessity and importance of solving the conflicts and coordination among the tourism stakeholders in Baikal Lake area, which expounds the background of the topic.Based on this, this paper puts forward five research questions,namely:(1)study the current situation of tourism industry in Baikal Lake area, including its natural resources and tourism resources;(2)study the social background of conflicts between Chinese tourists and stakeholders;(3)analyze the specific conflicts between tourism stakeholders in Baikal Lake area and their types;(4)construct tourism interests in Baikal Lake area The theoretical discussion of the conflict and coordination between the related parties;(5)provide the feasible scheme for the coordination and solution of the conflicts among the stakeholders. Then, this paper discusses the significance of this study from two aspects of theory and practice, and extracts the innovation points of theory, application and perspective to highlight the research value of this paper. The second chapter is literature review and theoretical basis. This chapter is divided into two parts:literature review and theoretical basis,to consolidate the research foundation of this paper.First of all, literature review includes literature review of general research and literature review of tourism conflict in Baikal Lake. The general literature review part includes the study of tourists, the understanding of the nature of the border area between China and Russia, the natural attraction of Baikal Lake area, the cultural exchange of Baikal Lake, and the impression of tourists on Baikal Lake. The literature review of tourism conflict in Baikal Lake is analyzed from three different dimensions, namely, economic conflict, cultural conflict and the conflict between exchange rate and tourism.Secondly,in the part of theoretical basis,it analyzes the five theories of stakeholder conflict and coordination theory, cooperation theory, communication analysis theory, sustainable development theory and community of destiny theory, which lays a solid foundation for this paper. On this basis, the qualitative research is based on literature analysis, field investigation and other research methods. Finally, three basic concepts are defined:stakeholders, conflict types and interest coordination. The third chapter focuses on the analysis of the natural geography and human resources in Baikal Lake area. This paper mainly studies the geographical distribution of Russia, the geographical space of Baikal Lake and the human geography and history of Baikal Lake.First of all,the geographical distribution of Russia involves four aspects:time zone, distance, geographical situation and climate.Secondly, the geographical and spatial part of Baikal Lake includes the physical geography, two ages and the origin of its name. Finally, the human geography and history of Baikal Lake are mainly from the perspective of anthropology, including the four dimensions of Baikal Laker,Baikal Lake region,Russian people living in Baikal Lake and local people's occupation in Baikal Lake.In depth analysis and mining of the region's natural geography and human resources.?The fourth chapter focuses on the analysis of the social background of the tourism conflict, mainly from the analysis of the economic interests of China and Russia, the analysis of the gap between the rich and the poor, the problems of legality and illegality,Multiracial relations, the importance of ecological issues, the labor migration problem in China, the forest export of Baikal Lake, the disappearance of animals in Baikal Lake, and other eight aspects,in-depth analysis of stakeholders The social background of contradictions and conflicts lays the foundation for the following types.Based on the analysis of the contradictions and conflicts among the tourism stakeholders in Baikal Lake area, the fifth chapter divides the tourism conflicts in Baikal Lake into five types, namely, cultural conflicts, rights conflicts, ethnic conflicts, natural rights and contemporary and future conflicts.Cultural conflicts include local cultural change, catering culture and tourism uncivilized behavior. The conflict of rights includes the conflict of interest's distribution, life rights and values. The conflict between the local people and tourists, the conflict between the local people and Chinese tourists, the conflict between the Russian people and Chinese tourists on tourism reception, ethnic conflict, the conflict between people and resources, and the conflict between the present and the future.Among them,it focuses on the conflict between Russian and Chinese tourists and the conflict between human and nature.First, the conflict between Russians and Chinese tourists can be divided into three scenes around tourism reception:the scene caused by Chinese people's dirty psychology in restaurants, the scene of out of control and uncivilized in tourism, especially in museums and ballet performances, and the scene of friendly communication between Chinese and Russian citizens.Secondly, the conflict between human and resources can be divided into three dimensions:water, air and garbage. The sixth chapter discusses the tourism conflict and coordination in Baikal Lake, which is divided into two parts:Conflict and coordination.First,in view of the conflict thinking, this paper abstracts three elements:cardiopulmonary bypass,Chinese impression, role confusion and scale psychology.Second,in view of the consideration of coordination,it sums up four concepts, namely, remoteness, duality, intensification and tourism feeling.Among them, trust and impression in remoteness provide the basis for coordinating conflicts, and duality provides the possibility for conflicts and harmony.Intensification refers to strengthening attractions, improving objects and helping to solve conflicts. The last tourism feeling is an important concept proposed in this paper to help solve conflicts. The seventh chapter provides feasible countermeasures and suggestions for solving conflicts and contradictions on the basis of fully combing the above information. If we put forward, first, establish a consultative system for the third party tourism market;second, integrate with international standards, reduce the possibility of conflicts and contradictions;third, build "one belt and one road" and ecological ethics to achieve mutual benefit, cooperation and win-win situation.Fourth,we should fully implement the tourism planning of the Far East and improve the standardization and advancement of our own construction in all aspects. In order to alleviate the contradictions and conflicts of all parties and solve the existing pain point problem. It is hoped that the theoretical research and analysis of this paper can finally be implemented in practice, which can effectively solve the disharmonious conflicts between the tourism stakeholders in Baikal Lake area, promote the healthy and sustainable development of tourism between China and Russia, comprehensively and effectively enhance the strategic cooperation between the two countries, establish a real sense of community of common destiny, and achieve mutual benefit and win-win results.
