Research On The Development Strategy Of Rural Tourism In Ang'angxi District, Qiqihar City

With the advancement of the strategy of rural vitalization,the development of rural tourism has entered a new era.Developing rural tourism has important significance to the construction of rural industrial integrative development,the promotion of rural green development,and the harmonious development between people and nature.Rural tourism is not only a "booster" for the development of rural economy and the promotion of folk culture,but also a "bridge" for urban-rural interaction and cultural sharing.As an important way to build new beautiful countryside,the development of rural tourism satisfies the urban residents' wish to relax and feel nature,while further promoting the employment of rural surplus labor,the increase of farmers' income,the protection of human and natural resources,and the upgrading of the industrial structure in rural areas.Heilongjiang Province actively responded to the development idea of "Lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets",which put forward by General Secretary Xi Jinping during his investigation in our province,and strongly supports rural tourism as an important way for farmers to get rid of poverty and promote rural economic construction.In recent years,a number of scenic rural spots in Ang'angxi District of Qiqihar City have been built and opened,they increased local farmers' income and built the new rural areas,created many provincial level demonstration sites,provided a good leading role in development of rural tourism.But due to the constraints of many local factors,there are also many problems that need to be resolved in the development process.This article takes the rural tourism in Ang'angxi District of Qiqihar City as an example to comprehensively and systematically study the current situation and existing problems of rural tourism in Ang'angxi District through field surveys,literature analysis,SWOT analysis and other methods.This article uses the SWOT analysis method to summarize the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of rural tourism in Ang Angxi,item by item,lists the SWOT matrix,analyzes the four combinations,weighs the advantages and disadvantages,and finally determines the WO development strategy.The development idea of "seizing external opportunities and complementing its own shortcomings" was clarified,and the specific content of WO development strategy was given,that is,strong development,favorable policies,demonstration effect,renovation of facilities,and improvement of quality.This article studies and develops strategies from five aspects: virtuous circle,tourism quality,brand culture,talent cultivation,and marketing model,and puts forward five guarantee measures including management mechanism,infrastructure,special culture,professional talents,and brand promotion.From the height of the development strategy,layering and grading,doing fine and pragmatic,formed the final realization path.Ang'angxi District is a very representative rural tourism destination in Heilongjiang area.In-depth and thorough analysis and research on it will help to achieve a reproducible,scalable and "point-and-face" rural tourism development strategy,and then become a northeast industrial city.The development studies of surrounding counties and cities provide useful reference.
