Research On Mechanism And Countermeasures About The Agglomeration Of Producer Services Affects The Development Of Urban Agglomeration

Urban agglomeration is playing an increasingly important role in the modern society where economic activities are increasingly closely related.However,in the process of continuous urbanization,the imbalance of urban agglomeration needs to be solved urgently.For example,some cities are faced with insufficient growing driving force,the core cities in the urban agglomeration are not strong enough to drive,the big cities are growing fast,but the urban diseases are increasingly serious,the small and medium-sized cities are weak in development,and the small towns lack industrial support.We should make full use of the key role of producer services agglomeration in boosting economic growth and inter-city industrial division to achieve balanced development of urban agglomeration.This paper first sorts out relevant literatures and classical theories on producer services agglomeration and urban agglomeration development,thinks that producer services agglomeration affects urban agglomeration development through specialized division of labor mechanism and diversified development mechanism,and puts forward four hypotheses on the influence of producer services agglomeration on urban agglomeration development.Six representative urban agglomerations including Beijing,tianjin and hebei,including 69 prefecture-level cities,were selected as the research objects,and these assumptions were empirically tested based on the short panel model estimation method.The empirical results show that the specialization of producer services cluster can effectively promote economic growth and to narrow the gap in development among urban agglomerations,urban agglomeration and diversified agglomeration to promote the role of urban agglomeration economy effect is not significant,this 1s mainly because within a single industrial structure,urban agglomerations homogeneity competition is serious,leading to the expansion of a variety of producer services agglomeration failed to exert industrial connection ef-fect,preventing the benign interaction between the upstream and downstream industries,which inhibits the growth of economy.In order to give better play to the role of specialized agglomeration of producer services in enhancing the economic development momentum of urban agglomeration and coordinating the development balance among cities,and promote the smooth operation of diversified development mechanism of producer services.This paper puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions from the following three aspects:First,guiding the classified development of the urban agglomerations in the east and the central and western regions,improving the industrial division and linkage within the urban agglomeration,avoiding low-level and repetitive construction of producer services,and thus to optimize the spatial distribution of producer services within the urban agglomeration.Second,the channels of knowledge spillover in producer services should be further dredged to give full play to the knowledge spillover effect.Third,promoting the integration of infrastructure and public services within the urban agglomeration,so as to realize the development mode of close interdependence and mutual benefit among the cities within the urban agglomeration.
