Along with the changing of the economic situation at home and abroad,China's economic growth has from rapid growth to high-speed growth,in the traditional concept of economic growth is difficult to achieve steady growth,in the process of looking for new economic growth engine, the service economy especially the development of producer services and economic transition is an objective trend. The current industry in Yangtze river delta are in comprehensive transformation and upgrade, the region is the full implementation of producer services cluster policy, develop the producer services and has formed the industrial clusters, such as Shanghai lujiazui financial service area,Shanghai free trade area, etc.,all these high-tech zone is to develop producer services as the key. This context bases on the externality theory, circuitous production theory and value chain theory, this paper producer services cluster by technological progress, improve the economic environment and deepen the labor division three mechanisms of the impact on regional economic growth.Combined with related theoretical analysis to the Yangtze river delta as the research object, the two provinces and one city using the relevant data of 2003-2014,choosing diversified agglomeration scale, specialization, agglomeration and cluster as an indicator of producer services agglomeration, and calculate the Yangtze river delta region in 2003-2014 more than25 regional and city of producer services agglomeration indicator; On this basis, detailed elaborated the Yangtze river delta agglomeration of producer services model, studies have shown that the huzhou, jinhua, hangzhou and other cities with high specialization of agglomeration, and cities such as ningbo, zhenjiang has high diversified agglomeration;Producer services cluster model,Yangtze river delta agglomeration trend of obvious, but strengthen higher agglomeration degree of city agglomeration degree, and low concentration degree of area into the dilemma of economic development, regional differences between has a tendency to expand. In order to quantify the productive service industry cluster on the impact of urban economic growth, the empirical part will use the second chapter the theory model as the basic style, add capital, wages, research into the following four control variables, such as in this paper,an empirical model, quantitative study of diversified agglomeration of producer services, specialization, agglomeration, scale agglomeration of urban economic growth, the influence of the research shows that producer services cluster of three indicators of cities have a significant role in promoting economic growth, diversified agglomeration, every one percent increase urban economic growthwill increase by 0.651%,professional offer one percent increase, urban economic growth will increase by 0.286%,the size of the cluster, every one percent increase urban economic growth will increase by 0.342%.In order to better play the role of agglomeration of producer services in regional economic growth, according to two aspects of theory and empirical results, the proposed adjust measures to local conditions to build with local characteristics of productive service industry park, reduce regional differences, and promote the free flow of factors of policies to strengthen the Yangtze river delta region, such as the degree of agglomeration of producer services.
