With the introduction and promotion of the "Silk Road Economic Belt" initiative,Exchanges and cooperation of China and the countries along the "Silk Road Economic Belt" in various fields such as agriculture have been further strengthened.Due to abundant agricultural resources and huge market potential of these countries,China has strong complementarities and good prospects for the development of agricultural products trade with these countries. However, the situation of China's export of agricultural products to these countries is not satisfactory. On the one hand, the scale of export of agricultural products is not sufficient. On the other hand, the export of agricultural products is of a single type, and thus slow export growth.Trade facilitation has received a great deal of attention in the context of the slowing of progress in trade liberalization.International economic organizations such as APEC,WTO and governments are increasingly emphasizing the promotion of trade growth through trade facilitation. The essence of trade facilitation is to simplify trade process and improve trade efficiency through policies and technologies so as to reduce the cost of trade. Therefore, enhancing trade facilitation can reduce the cost of trade,on the one hand,it can increase the quantity of the original export products,on the other hand, reduce the export threshold of new products and increase the types of export products, and finally promote the export growth. In order to analyze the influence of trade facilitation level on China's agricultural export depth and breadth, firstly,by combing the domestic and foreign trade facilitation related research results, this paper comprehensively and deeply understands the definition, the theoretical basis, the index system, and the empirical researches of trade facilitation.Secondly,on the basis of introducing the connotation of the "Silk Road Economic Belt",the range of agricultural products and the overall export status of China's agricultural products, this paper analyzes the situation of China's export of agricultural products to these countries from the perspective of export size, market distribution and product categories.Thirdly,on the basis of summing up previous studies, the index system for trade facilitation was constructed, and after indexing the data, principal component analysis was used to determine the weight of each index, and then calculates trade facilitation level of the countries along the line according to the formula and conducts an in-depth analysis. Finally, this paper uses the extended trade gravity model to empirically study the influence of trade facilitation level of these countries on the depth and breadth of China's agricultural exports, and further study the influence of specific indicators. The empirical results show that if the trade facilitation level of the countries along the "Silk Road Economic Belt" can be improved,it can not only increase the export volume and market share of China's agricultural products, but also improve the export structure and diversification of China's agricultural products.Among the indicators of trade facilitation, the levels of e-commerce and infrastructure in these countries have the greatest effect on it.According to the conclusion of the study, this paper puts forward some policy advice from both domestic and foreign perspectives. At home,it is necessary to improve the degree of deep processing of agricultural products, adjust and optimize the export structure of agricultural products and increase the added value of agricultural products export so as to enhance the export competition of Chinese agricultural products. At abroad, substantive progress must be made in promoting the negotiation process of intra-regional trade facilitation, eliminating trade barriers, lowering trade costs, realizing trade liberalization and jointly promoting intra-regional trade facilitation.
