The limited nature of land resources objectively requires long-term and dynamic optimization of land use management.In recent years,unreasonable land use have made China's ecosystems seriously degraded.Ecological land is of great significance for ensuring ecological safety and maintaining ecological balance.To protect ecological land and optimize the land use pattern.In this paper,land use change analysis,landscape index,ecosystem service value and "anti-planning" ideas are used to analyze the land use situation and landscape pattern of Jinan City from 2009 to 2016,and determine the ecological land security area of Jinan City.Finally,the FLUS model was used to optimize the land use pattern of Jinan City.The main results and conclusions are as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of the land use transfer matrix of Jinan from 2009 to 2016,the land use situation shows the decrease of agricultural land and the increase of construction land.From the perspective of single land use change dynamic degree,it shows that garden land slows down the fastest,followed by grassland,forest land,etc.And the growth rate of traffic land is the fastest.From the dynamic degree of comprehensive land use change,the districts and counties of Jinan City show better spatial autocorrelation.Combined with the relative rate of change of land use types,it was found that the major differences in the changes in the main ecological land such as cultivated land,garden land,and water area are mainly located in the downtown area of Jinan.It shows that the ecological land in the central urban area and surrounding counties of Jinan is seriously damaged.(2)By analyzing the landscape pattern of ecological land in Jinan from 2009 to 2016,it is found that on the scale of landscape,the fragmentation of landscape becomes larger,the aggregation degree decreases,the landscape pattern becomes scattered,and the land use pattern becomes complex.On the scale of type,the fragmentation and aggregation degree of ecological land also decreased.(3)According to the 1/4 standard deviation classification,the results of ecosystem service value in Jinan are divided into 14 categories.According to the corresponding relationship between the grid frequency and ecosystem value of each type,the ecosystemservice value when the frequency sequence changes is selected as the threshold value.Finally,the ecological land guarantee area in Jinan accounts for 28.94% of the total area.(4)After the optimization of land use pattern,the fragmentation of landscape pattern becomes smaller,the aggregation degree increases,and the small patches become less.From the perspective of land use structure,the optimized land use configuration of each district and county is in line with the future industrial pattern development of Jinan City,which is in line with the urban development strategy of "East expansion,West advancement,South control,North span,and middle excellence" of Jinan City,and the ecological land pattern around the central urban area of Jinan has been better changed.
