With the global economic integration increases,consulting industry in China has become one of the fastest growing industries in the 21 st century.However,The management theory of China's consulting industry is still based on the management theory of the western countries,which makes the development of China's consulting companies face many challenges for the lack of core competitiveness and brand strength.As an endogenous way to improve the quality and efficiency of a company,performance management plays an important role in promoting the enterprises' core competitiveness.Nowadays,with Internet economy and stakeholder interest theory develop,enterprises have changed management consensus and paid more attention to the relevant stakeholders.Therefore,it is important to evaluate the overall development of the company based on the perspective of multi-stakeholders.Accordingly,how to build the performance management system from the perspective of stakeholders and how to realize the strategic and sustainable development of enterprises with the help of the performance prism model is the focus of this paper.Firstly,this paper starts with the basic background of the case company including the development status,main business,organizational structure,team structure and sets up a questionnaires for the current performance management system,which survey different departments and employees.Secondly,after interviewing the top management,we obtained the existing problems of the current performance evaluation system and gave a problem diagnosis.Further,after measuring the feasibility and sensitivity of the company's reconstruction of performance management system,we reconstructed the performance evaluation system under the performance prism model and OKR performance management tools.Finally,we reassigned each performance evaluation index by AHP to get the final performance score.With the help of performance prism model and OKR management tools,this paper constructs a performance management system from the perspective of multi-stakeholders,which emphasize objectives and key achievements.Through the application,it is found that the strategic objectives and business performance of different stakeholders in the company have been greatly improved on the basis of the realization of stage quantification,which plays an important role in improving the performance management of company AT.Furthermore,it also provides reference for improving the performance management level of China's consulting industry.
