With the rapid development of global economy and the gradual opening up of China to the outside world,Chinese enterprises are facing more and more complex macroeconomic environment,which brings both opportunities and challenges to Chinese enterprises.This requires Chinese enterprises to strengthen their own management level,and performance evaluation as an important part of enterprise management should also be given enough attention.The establishment of financial performance evaluation index system based on Performance Prism provides a feasible scheme for Chinese enterprises to meet the challenges.The performance prism method considers the long-term interests of the enterprise and evaluates the performance of the company with the stakeholders as the key point.It is a more rational performance evaluation method.In this paper,the performance prism method is used to design a financial performance evaluation system based on the case of H commercial bank.This paper refers to the research on Performance Prism by domestic and foreign scholars,analyzes the original financial performance evaluation of H commercial bank,finds out the existing problems and analyzes the reasons,so as to prove the necessity and feasibility of establishing the financial performance evaluation index system based on performance prism.Then the main stakeholders of H commercial bank are studied.According to the principle of performanceprism,from each stakeholder level,the financial performance evaluation indexes suitable for H commercial bank are designed from the five dimensions of performance prism,and then the entropy method is used to assign weight to each index,so as to build a new financial performance evaluation index system for H commercial bank.The new evaluation system will be used in H commercial bank,and put forward the implementation of safeguards,so that the new system can be fully implemented in H commercial bank,to improve the level of performance evaluation and improve the competitiveness of enterprises.This paper establishes a new financial performance evaluation system based on performance prism for H commercial bank,and provides the implementation guarantee measures for H commercial bank.The selected case company is a representative commercial bank,which not only has its own distinctive characteristics,but also has the general characteristics of the industry.Therefore,the study of this paper has great reference value for other companies in the industry,which is also the practical significance of this study.
