At present,China's insurance broking industry is in a critical period of "Internet plus" and the insurance industry's efforts to accelerate the structural reform of supply side.As a new star in the sunrise industry in China,insurance brokerage industry is an important participant in the commercial insurance market and an important part of the whole commercial insurance market.Although it is in the primary stage,its development speed is relatively fast.China's insurance brokers are still facing many internal and external factors.External factors include politics,economy,society,technology,etc.,and internal factors such as the imbalance of the development of the industry,the imperfect construction of relevant laws and regulations,the prevalence of the intermediary industry of the "Internet plus" new era of insurance,the uneven development of business service channels,and the corresponding investment.The supply capacity of insurance products required by the real business of the insurer is insufficient,etc.There are also a series of problems in China's insurance brokerage industry,such as the lack of accuracy of market positioning,the imperfection of accounting and management system,the prejudice of social groups on the basic understanding and professionalism of insurance brokerage,the lack of insurance brokers with professional and technical standards and the low professional ethics of insurance brokers.This paper selects the e-commerce business development strategy of W insurance brokerage company under the background of the current "Internet+" era as the research object to study its current e-commerce business development situation.In the first part,the research background,research significance,domestic and foreign research status of insurance and insurance brokers,as well as the main contents related to insurance brokers to be studied in this paper and the methods used in the research are presented.The second part describes the relevant concepts and theories,mainly including the basic concepts of insurance brokers and e-commerce,and several methods of analysis.The third part takes the e-commerce business of W insurance brokerage company as an example,and tries to find out the main reasons hindering the development of the e-commerce business of W insurance brokerage company at the present stage by classifying,making statistics and analyzing the collected data with the analysis tool.The last part,based on the results of comprehensive analysis,puts forward practical countermeasures,in order to extract practical and constructive Suggestions for the industry to adopt,and promote the better development of China's insurance brokerage industry.
