Research On The Prevention Of Corruption In State-owned Enterprises

After more than 30 years of rapid development,as the main pillar of the national economy,state-owned enterprises have made outstanding achievements,and promote the rapid development of the national economy.However,there are still negative news about corruption in state-owned enterprises,and state-owned enterprises are becoming a "hardest hit" in the current corruption problem.State-owned enterprises as "main" of anti-corruption,deepening of corruption prevention work has become urgent,the situation is more urgent.In 2014,Ningbo Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.Nest was investigated and dealt with,involving 13 staffs.Most of the staff as a senior management position in the company,which make use of engineering contract,material procurement,the position in the links of scrap steel procurement,trading power for money,accepting bribes,make the company assets loss,serious damage to the company's image.In the community caused a negative impact.Based on the above situation,this paper has carried out a more detailed study on China's prevention of corruption,combined with the status quo of Ningbo Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,put forward some countermeasures and suggestions to expect other state-owned enterprises in the same way to prevent corruption A certain reference and reference role.In this paper,the problem of corruption prevention in state-owned enterprises is taken as the object of study.First,the literature analysis and case analysis are used to summarize the theories of corruption and prevention of corruption and the course of China's prevention of corruption.Secondly,it analyzes the present situation of Ningbo Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.to prevent corruption,briefly introduces the basic situation of Ningbo Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,and deeply analyzes the problems and causes of corruption prevention.This paper focuses on the last two parts,mainly elaborating the advanced experience of foreign enterprises to prevent corruption,focusing on the United States,Germany,Asia-Pacific enterprises to prevent corruption and advanced practices,and come to the prevention of corruption,that only efforts to achieve education,Supervision of the organic unity,adhere to the strategy of prevention of corruption,the corruption problem in the "disease" before,in order to truly realize the cadres clean,corporate clean,political correctness.From the establishment of clean and dangerous air defense information base,the implementation of "education prevention,system prevention,science and technology prevention" organic unified mode of work,strengthen the focus areas to prevent corruption,improve the company supervision and control system,to establish a system of responsibility for the prevention of corruption,accountability system and discipline inspection Supervise the organization system,put forward the countermeasures and suggestions.Through the research on the prevention of corruption in state-owned enterprises,the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for Ningbo Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.to further promote the company's prevention of corruption,especially the "system plus simple and transparent business process" to prevent corruption is A new way of thinking and means for the prevention of corruption has opened up a new path for the fraternal units and peers,as well as an empirical reference for the next step in innovative mechanisms to prevent corruption.
