As the pace of China's urbanization, land expropriation is an essential link.More and more farmers lost their original land, therefore, how to protect the interests of the farmers and how to solve the problems of land expropriation, such as how to promote the development of rural economy has become a problem which is need to be solved. These problems also become the focus of academic circles.Land-lost farmers are the main body of land expropriation.Their willingness which is about land expropriation determine what kind of choice they will make.It also decide whether there will be friction and conflict in land expropriation, whether the land expropriation can be carried out smoothly, and the formulation and implementation of relevant policies. Therefore, the study of land expropriation based on farmers' willingness has theoretical and practical significance. This paper first sorted out relevant domestic and foreign literature and theories in this field.Though field surveys in Gucheng district,Yongsheng county and Yulong naxi autonomous county of Yunnan province and questionnaire interviews, this paper collected relevant data. These data can help understand land-lost farmers' basic cognition on land expropriation. In addition, cases which are from field investigation are selected for analysis.Basic research hypotheses are made based on the summary of field experience. With the logistic regression model, this paper analyzed the influencing factors of the land-lost farmers' choice of non-monetary compensation and land-lost farmers' transfer tendency. The following conclusions are drawn:The better the household non-agricultural employment status, the lower the preference for non-monetary compensation, and the higher the land transfer tendency; The better the family income, the lower the preference of non-monetary compensation and the higher the tendency of land transfer. The respondents' age,education,non-agricultural experience, and their knowledge of land acquisition and the "good or bad" status of compensation will all have some influence on their preference for non-monetary compensation and land transfer.According to the results of the study,it is suggested to protect the farmers' right to know, grant them the right to bargain for the transfer of land, select different compensation methods for land expropriation according to different regional conditions, select the objects of land expropriation, help the farmers to adapt to changes, and improve the supervision mechanism of land expropriation.
