Corporate values belong to the core spiritual content of corporate culture and are the soul of corporate culture.Enterprise values can guide decisions and affect employee behavior and cognition,promote enterprise's core competitiveness,compared to the enterprise values,enterprise values to carry out the process is more important,the enterprise institutional leadership can make values from consciousness permeates the enterprise management,to really play to the role of the values,promote enterprise growth.Institutionalized leadership refers to the influence or ability of leaders to institutionalize their values and leadership in the organizational system through their interaction with the system,so as to guide the behavior norms and ideas of members.Among the existing research results,there are few studies on the specific implementation process of corporate values from the perspective of institutionalized leadership.Therefore,based on the perspective of institutionalized leadership and from the perspective of corporate management practice,this paper discusses the mechanism of corporate values on corporate growth,opens the "process black box" of corporate values on corporate growth,and hopes to deepen and expand the research field of cultural management.This study adopts the vertical single case study method and takes Meide Group as the case enterprise.In collecting a lot of firsthand material and second-hand data after finishing analysis,Meide's group development can be divided into renewable business survive steadily,turn the crisis into an opportunity for growth phase and accelerate growth of three phase three transformation,to encode the raw data collected after the analysis,the enterprise values,institutional leadership and dynamic evolution model of firm growth,then,in this paper,three research conclusions:(1)the leader after clear their own values,will use their influence to the thought and experience into the organizational values,by collective sharing.With the growth and development of the enterprise,the enterprise values are constantly enriched,and the enterprise values system is finally formed.(2)Corporate values guide and standardize the formulation,implementation and supervision of the corporate system.The system is the carrier of institutionalized leadership.When values are implemented,values are solidified in the organizational system and institutionalized leadership is formed.(3)Institutionalized leadership strengthens employees' work initiative and creativity,enhances the cohesion and execution of the enterprise,and enables the enterprise to innovate and develop continuously,so as to realize the sustainable growth of the enterprise.At last,this paper puts forward the enlightenment,limitation and future prospect of this research,hoping to provide research direction for future research and enlighten the practice of enterprise management to a certain extent.
