Research On Multinational Corporations' Supply Chain Learning Mechanism From The Perspective Of Network Game-

The continuous changes in market competition are accompanied by the continuous development of the knowledge economy and information technology today.It has shifted from traditional single multinational company competition to competition among supply chains.Supply chain management has become a new source for multinational companies to obtain competitive advantages.Effective supply chain management depends on whether companies in the supply chain can form a cooperative relationship,which depends not only on the integration of supply chain processes,but also through supply chain learning(SCL).At present,the overall research on the SCL of multinational companies is still at an early stage,and the SCL mechanism needs to be further studied to promote the further development of supply chain management.Based on the theory of SCL,this paper first analyzes the subjects,levels and structures of SCL,then combines complex networks to build a multinational company SCL network.It uses income to represent the benefits of the multinational company's SCL mechanism,introduces the influence of subjective factors expressed by the experience weighted attraction(EWA)learning model and the influence of the learning curve on supply chain production,and designs a multinational company's SCL network game model.MATLAB simulation methods is used to analyze the influences of different EWA learning psychology,different players' sensitivity to strategic attractiveness,different SCL spillover benefits,different cooperation incentives and different learning cost rate for multinational companies' SCL cooperative behavior.It is concluded that the player's response sensitivity to strategic attractiveness,the spillover benefits of SCL and the cooperation incentives have a positive effect on the achievement of SCL;the learning cost rate hinders the achievement of SCL;the stronger the enterprise's ability to absorb and learn from the previous game experience,the more the enterprise attaches importance to the benefits of current learning,and the more stable the SCL can be.Finally,from the perspective of the mechanism of these factors,enlightenments for promoting the SCL of multinational companies are summarized,which provides important references for academic researches and enterprise management.
