The acceleration of the modernization process has promoted frequent global exchanges,and the global central culture has infiltrated into all parts of the world.In particular,the spread of consumerism is the collision of mass culture with the values of various ethnic groups.Based on the theoretical basis of sociology,this article takes Tibetan people in Guinan region of Qinghai Province as the research object,combines field surveys and related literature,roughly divides the research objects according to different regions,and takes globalization and modernization as the Social background,researching the consumption behavior of Tibetan people in Guinan area from the aspects of material consumption and spiritual consumption.The content of this article is mainly divided into three chapters.The first chapter discusses the formation of Tibetan traditional consumption ideas and behaviors in Guinan,Qinghai,and summarizes the survey sites and the influencing factors and characteristics of the formation of Tibetan traditional consumption ideas in Guinan.The second chapter explores the changes of Tibetan consumer culture in Guinan,Qinghai.This chapter studies the daily consumption of Tibetan people in contemporary pastoral areas,agricultural areas,and urban areas,starting from the two major aspects of material consumption and spiritual consumption.After a large number of field investigations and studies,they tried to reflect the changes in consumption in the local Tibetan daily life to the greatest extent.The third chapter reflects on the changes in the consumption culture of Tibetans in Guinan,Qinghai.It focuses on the concepts of vague and conservative financial management,the localization of ostentatious consumption,the national identity mapped in consumption phenomena,and the role of gifts in social relations.The characteristics of the changes in consumer culture within the region and their influencing factors,and consideration of the changes in consumer culture caused by the modernization of contemporary Tibetan society.
