| At present,China’s economic structure is facing huge adjustments.The increase in domestic market demand has driven the rapid development of China’s economy.The growth of domestic demand has created a good economic environment for the insurance industry.In the face of rapid economic development opportunities,China’s insurance industry is facing increasingly fierce market competition pressures.How to improve management and enhance the competitiveness of insurance companies has become an important issue for insurance institutions.As an effective means to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises,a realistic and reasonable performance assessment can fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees and play an important role in achieving the company’s business goals.Based on the demand hierarchy theory and the two-factor theory,this dissertation analyzes the performance evaluation methods of general insurance companies to demonstrate the role of optimizing performance evaluation on the insurance company’s business development.After selecting the current performance appraisal plan of Hengqin Life Insurance Company as the main case for analysis,it puts forward three optimization strategies: First,improve the appraisal training mechanism to allow employees to understand the appraisal goals.Second,emphasize performance communication and strengthen performance feedback.Third,quantification of related assessments,implementation of reward and punishment payment schemes,and promotion of rapid development of insurance business.On the basis of summarizing previous research results,the author hopes to focus on the performance evaluation and optimization of insurance companies and provide a certain reference for the managers of relevant institutions. |
