With the gradual transformation of competition between companies into talent competition,the importance of the management of core human resources is becoming increasingly prominent.Employee performance appraisal is the core content of human resources management.The essence of employee performance appraisal is to provide better information for the development and utilization of human resources,so as to provide scientific basis for personnel decision-making such as recruitment,transfer,promotion,appointment,reward and punishment.At the same time,employee performance appraisal can further mobilize the enthusiasm of employees,so that they can play their expertise in more suitable positions,so as to achieve the win-win goal of personal development and enterprise development.Talents play a more and more important role in the company's development.More and more insurance companies begin to pay attention to their incentives and training of talents.In order to improve the company's market competitiveness,they need to find out the shortcomings in all human resources systems and constantly improve the various degrees.Starting from the process of performance management,this paper analyses the performance appraisal system of P insurance company,studies its current situation,puts forward its shortcomings,and puts forward reasonable optimization suggestions and optimization schemes for these shortcomings,so as to improve the scientificity and practicability of the performance appraisal system of P insurance company's automobile insurance business department.Improve its shortcomings,provide effective suggestions for the performance management level of enterprises to a higher level,help employees realize their professional value,further complete the grab of enterprise market share,and realize the company's sustainable and healthy development strategy.At the same time,it can also provide reference for other similar companies to implement the reform of human resources management system.
