An Analysis Of The Influencing Factors On The Development Of Agricultural Mechanization In Aral

China,as a big agricultural country,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council regard the issue of "agriculture,rural areas and farmers" as the source of all problems,and take it as the top priority to focus on finding the best way to increase farmers' income,agricultural development and rural stability,the Agricultural Mechanization is one of the best ways to accomplish this.One of the important symbols of China's agricultural modernization is the realization of the Agricultural Mechanization,which is an important measure to change the mode of agricultural development,a material basis for raising the level of agricultural production,and an important way to increase farmers' income,is an important part of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Agricultural Mechanization is the embodiment of agricultural modernization.This article takes Aral,Xinjiang as the analysis object,through the Exploration Analysis Aral,Xinjiang Agricultural Mechanization development present situation,discovers the present Aral,and according to the gray correlation analysis method to carry on the empirical analysis to each influence factor to give the pertinence suggestion and the countermeasure,it has important theoretical and practical significance in promoting the development of Agricultural Mechanization in Aral,Xinjiang.The specific content of the study is as follows:In the first part,the research background and significance are introduced,the research status at home and abroad is reviewed,the research methods and contents are explained,and the research ideas and technical routes are expounded,through literature review,this paper expounds the situation of research from different perspectives abroad and the progress of research from different links in China,and provides reference for the following research.The second part is the development of the Aral,Xinjiang Mechanised agriculture.This paper summarizes the current situation of the development of the Mechanised agriculture in Aral,Xinjiang from the aspects of the scale of Mechanised agriculture development,the investment of funds,the level of operation,the operation and the construction of service system.The third part is to analyze the problems in the development of Aral,Xinjiang Mechanised Agriculture,such as unreasonable structure distribution,insufficient capital investment,backward industrial development,low quality of labor force and imperfect service system.The fourth part is an empirical analysis of the factors influencing the development of Aral,Xinjiang's Mechanised agriculture by using the method of grey relational analysis,and makes a reasonable explanation.The fifth part is through the analysis draws the main conclusion and aims at the question to give the policy suggestion.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the development of Aral,Xinjiang's Mechanised agriculture by various data indicators,this paper puts forward the existing problems,and makes an empirical analysis of the grey correlation of its influencing factors,and draws the main conclusions of the study,and finds out the policy recommendations for the development,it provides the direction and enlightenment for Future Research.The conclusion of this paper is: 1.There are some problems in Aral,Xinjiang's Agricultural Mechanization development,such as unreasonable structure distribution,insufficient capital investment,backward industrial development,low quality of labor force and imperfect service system.2.Using the method of grey relational analysis,there are a few factors that influence the development of Agricultural Mechanization in Aral,Xinjiang: percentage of total production value of transportation industry to total production value of the whole society(0.8871),the gross output value of the primary industry as a percentage of the gross output value of the whole society(0.8409),percentage of large and medium tractors owned per unit area(0.8302),percentage of agricultural machinery per unit area(0.7769),agricultural population as percentage of total population(0.76639),percentage of average cultivated land area of professional farmers(0.76119),the percentage of matching farm implements and large and medium-sized tractors(0.74599),the average percentage of service workers in the Agricultural Service Industry(0.72289),the percentage of fixed investment in the primary industry(0.69399)in the total fixed investment of the whole society and the percentage of the average household disposable income of agricultural workers(0.62029)3.Based on the above analysis,the proposals to promote the development of the Agricultural Mechanization in Aral,Xinjiang are: accelerating the structural transformation and upgrading of the agricultural machinery,increasing investment in agricultural machinery,expanding the industrial chain of agricultural machinery,strengthening the education and training of agricultural machinery practitioners,and strengthening the construction of agricultural machinery service system.
