China is a big agricultural country,agricultural modernization is a comprehensive foundation of building a well-off society and realizing modernization.Agricultural modernization can not be separated from agricultural mechanization,and it is the basis for the development of agricultural modernization.In 2014,the Fourth Plenary Session of the Eighteenth Central Committee of the Party pointed out that it is necessary to further promote the flow of land and accelerate the large-scale operation of agriculture,thus providing a broad space for the development and development of agricultural mechanization.Changji,although in arid inland areas,but there is a rich water resources and forest resources.Land resources are concentrated,suitable for mechanized farming,the agricultural of Changji City has become an important part of agricultural development of Xinjiang.Agricultural mechanization restricts the adjustment of agricultural structure and the development of modern agriculture,and has a significant impact for the new urbanization and a comprehensive building of the well-off society.Therefore,it is very important to analyze the current situation and existing problems of agricultural mechanization in Changji City,and to study its restrictive factors,and to put forward the policy suggestions to promote the development of agricultural mechanization in Changji.And it is of great practical significance to promote the development of agricultural mechanization in Changji City and has positive theoretical significance for Xinjiang to realize agricultural modernizationThis paper used the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis,comprehensively analyzed the agricultural development status of Changji.This paper probes into the existing problems in the development of agricultural mechanization,and used the grey correlation analysis method and dynamic regression model,from the two perspective of static and dynamic,comprehensive analysis the factors of restricting the Changji's agricultural mechanization development,and then based on the actual status of Changji's provided countermeasures about the development of agricultural mechanization.This article main research conclusion are: 1 clarified the Changji's agricultural mechanization development from three aspects:,including its agricultural machinery's level,the level of machinery operation and funds of farm machinery,and pointed out the related problems: unreasonable structure of agricultural machinery and equipment,agricultural environment based on operations inadequate is poorer,agricultural machinery,agricultural machinery workers overall level is not high and backward equipments.2 useing the grey correlation method and the VAR autoregressive model analyzes the influence factors of agricultural mechanization development of Changji,found that farmers' level of education and Changji industrialization base of Changji affect the agricultural mechanization development,two factors both in the short term and in long term are significant role of agricultural mechanization development;3 according to the specific condition of Changji agricultural mechanization development,put forward the countermeasures and Suggestions: strengthen agricultural machinery education and training,develop the Changji farm machinery industry,enhance the level of agricultural machinery science and technology,the improvement of Changji farm machinery working environment,strengthen the agricultural machinery enterprise fund and policy support,and improve the service system.
