Cross-border tourism,as a traditional service trade,is the mainstay of trade in services,and it is also the main stay of trade in services.Although the share of tourism as a traditional service industry in services trade has declined,it is the result of fast-growing of whole service trade industry.In fact,the global tourism industry is still growing faster than the world economy.Southeast Asia as a tourist region,itself is rich in tourism resources,Southeast Asian countries mostly have unique natural scenery and unique human charm,and thus attract tourists from all over the world to visit and sightseeing.Thailand,Malaysia,Singapore and Indonesia are particularly prominent among these countries.Furthermore,Southeast Asia has a large number of people,which can also provide a huge source of customers,and thus is the world's competing market.China and Southeast Asian countries,especially ASEAN countries,are closely linked,share common development goals,and have a high degree of strategic coherence and cultural identity,which is a privilege for the development of tourism cooperation.In summary,this article firstly grasps the process of tourism cooperation by analyzing the status of tourism resources and the development of tourism service trade between China and ASEAN.Secondly,find the current problems by analyzing the international competitiveness of the tourism service trade between China and the major ASEAN countries.Finally,combined with the analysis of the influencing factors,put forward practical countermeasures and suggestions to deepen the tourism cooperation between China and the major ASEAN countries,and consequently promote China-ASEAN tourism cooperation and deepen economic development.
