Research On The Development Model Of Organic Agriculture In Yiyang City,Hunan Province

Organic agriculture belongs to a new agricultural development system,mainly based on the concept of organic agriculture and food safety.Under the influence of the concept of sustainable development,organic agriculture uses scientific and technological innovation to minimize the use of chemical synthetic substances such as pesticide chemical fertilizers,efficiently controlling the abuse and destruction of natural resources,further realizing the proper use of various resources,increasing the overall benefits of farming land and strictly controlling the good quality of products,which therefore make organic agriculture one of the main focus of modern agriculture.,However,as an emerging mode of agriculture,organic agriculture certainly has problems during its development,which will affect the efficiency of organic agriculture development.Under such background,this article takes Yiyang city as a case,using literature review,investigation method,case analysis and other methods to carry on research of the organic agriculture development pattern in Yiyang.From the macroscopic perspective,this research proposes the main types of organiic agriculture.Then,based on the Yiyang pattern,analyzing the problems during its development and the improvement strategies,therefore solving the problems of this case.At last,the experience acquired in this case can be used to promote the organic agriculture system optimization,realize the research instruction practice and enrich the agricultural research topic system.The research shows that the organic agriculture in Yiyang takes the organization management mode driven by the enterprise and the mixed mode of production.The enterprise takes the leading position in realizing the industrialization of the organic agriculture,under the guidance of the government.In the development of the organic agriculture in Yiyang,Hunan,there are some problems such as low level of agricultural modernization,insufficient capacity of leading large-scale development,lack of human resource potential and low brand cognition.The causes of these problems include the backward from the people's thought,the insufficient financing ability,the irrational pattern of the human resources management,the ignorance of the marketing management during the development,etc.Based on the overall situation and problem analysis,in order to optimize organic agricultural development in Yiyang city,at first the system of thought should be perfected,the leading enterprises should stimulate various production modes and the modern development should be realized;secondly,the infrastructure construction should be perfected,and the industrial financing mode should be enriched;moreover,the management method should be optimized and the human resources' performance should be improved;finally,an innovating way of marketing should be created in order to improve the influence of the organic agriculture.
