With the transformation of China's economic development mode and the optimization and upgrading of its industrial structure,we are faced with the problems of insufficient total number of skilled workers in my country,low skill level and structural contradictions in employment,etc.In August 2015,the General Office of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security and the General Office of the Ministry of Finance of China formulated the "Working Program for New Enterprise Apprenticeship Pilot Program",which decided to carry out the pilot work of the new apprenticeship system in some provinces and cities,to explore the methods of cultivation of skilled workers in order to meet the needs of the demand of China's economic development for skilled personnel.This paper takes the new apprenticeship employees as the research object,on the basis of reading the relevant literature and the theory,this paper constructs a model of the relationship among work motivation,policy identification,and learning engagement of new apprenticeship employees and puts forward relevant research hypotheses.On the basis of sorting out the relevant policies,work motivation and learning engagement scales of the new apprenticeship,and combining the characteristics of the employees of the new apprenticeship of the enterprise,a questionnaire was designed and conducted for the employees of the new apprenticeship of the enterprise.Finally,based on the collected data,SPSS21.0 and AMOS24.0 software was used for exploratory factor analysis and confirmatory factor analysis to verify the research model and hypothesis proposed in this paper.Through empirical analysis,this paper draws the following important conclusions:(1)there are significant differences in the policy identification of new apprenticeship employees in different education levels,working years and industries;there are significant differences in the work motivation of new apprenticeship employees in different genders and education levels;There are significant differences in the learning engagement of new apprenticeship employees in different places of origin,marital status and education level.(2)Work motivation has a significant positive impact on learning engagement;internal motivation has a significant positive influence on vitality,dedication and concentration;external motivation has a significant positive influence on vitality,dedication and concentration.Policy identification has a significant positive impact on learning engagement;the financial subsidy policy has a significant positive impact on the vitality,dedication and concentration;the cultivation policy has a significant positive effect on vitality,dedication and focus.(3)Policy recognition plays a moderating role in the impact of work motivation on learning engagement;in addition to the cultivation policy identity does not play a moderating role in the influence of internal motivation on vitality,the financial subsidy policy identity plays a moderating role in the influence of internal motivation on various dimensions of learning engagement;cultivating policy identity plays a regulating role in the influence of internal motivation on various dimensions of learning engagement;the financial subsidy policy identity plays a moderating role in the influence of external motivation on various dimensions of learning input.;cultivating policy identity plays a moderating role in the influence of external motivation on various dimensions of learning engagement.According to the above conclusions,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and Suggestions to improve the learning engagement level of new apprenticeship employees in the enterprise from two perspectives of work motivation and policy identification.Finally,the conclusion of this paper is summarized,and the shortcomings in the research and the future research prospects are analyzed.
