With the rapid development of social economy, a variety of entrepreneurial opportunities have emerged. Various forms of entrepreneurial activities have come into our lives and taken place in various fields. There is no doubt that entrepreneurial activities play a role in promoting social and economic development. However, entrepreneurial activities are also high-risk organizational behaviors. Therefore we need to enhance the level of business success by learning. Entrepreneurial learning is the basis for the formation and promotion of individual entrepreneurial capabilities, and is also the key to the survival and development of new enterprises. Its importance has been widely recognized in the theoretical research of entrepreneurship and the practice of new enterprises' development. The general research suggests that the development of new enterprises may mainly rely on the management and decision-making of entrepreneurs. However, employees perform decision-making and complete tasks in fact. Therefore, the study of employees' entrepreneurial learning is of great importance to enrich the theory of entrepreneurial learning. And exploring the antecedents of individual entrepreneurial learning has also become an urgent problem to be solved in this field. Therefore, the article builds the theoretical framework of goal orientation influencing employees' entrepreneurial learning, in order to reveal the direct effect of goal orientation on employees' entrepreneurial learning and the mediating effect of work attitude. The main content is as follows. This paper includes the purpose of this study, research content, research method, and also summarizes and reviews the theory of sociology, psychology, management science and related literatures. In the part of theory foundation, this research mainly reviews the social cognitive theory, achievement motivation theory, cognitive learning theory and experiential learning theory. It provides a theoretical basis for establishing the theoretical framework and the relationship of the variables of this study. In the part of relevant research literatures, it mainly focuses on the theoretical development and antecedent and dependent variable of goal orientation. And the study also clarifies theresearch perspective and the research of individual and organizational level of entrepreneurship learning. Through the related theory and literature review, it supports the theory and model of this research.Based on the relevant theory and literature, this paper defines the concept of main variables in the study, including goal orientation, cognitive engagement, working passion, deliberate practice and entrepreneurial learning. The goal orientation provides three dimension variables which are learning goal orientation, performance-prove goal orientation and performance-avoid goal orientation. This study also references the research paradigm of attitude function theory and attitude internal structure theory, builds the theoretical framework of goal orientation influencing employees' entrepreneurial learning, and puts forward 24 relationship hypothesis. This research suggests that new employees hold three different goal orientations—learning goal orientation,performance-prove goal orientation and performance-avoid goal orientation. These goal orientations can affect the cognitive engagement, work passion and deliberate practice on employees' attitude level, and further promotes the employees' entrepreneurial learning. In order to test the hypothesis model proposed in this paper, it carries on the research method design. First, it selects the items of the main research variables, completes the design of the initial scale of 45 items, and removes 8 unreasonable items through expert group discussion and sample data analysis. It finally forms 37 items of research scales. Second, according to the official scale, we design questionnaires and collect 639 through interviews and e-mail. Thirdly, the paper examined the reliability and validity of the scales. The result shows that the scale has good internal consistency, content validity, convergent validity and discriminant validity, which is consistent with the processing requirements of late data. Finally, this paper describes the method of hypothesis testing in detail.According to the above design of research method, this study utilizes a large amount of data, combines with the 24 hypotheses, analyzes and tests the basic statistical analysis and structural equation model, puts forward the management implications through analysis and discussion. First, through the analysis on mean, standard deviation, variable variance, skewness and kurtosis, it provides the characteristics of sample data, preliminarily judges the common changing relationship between variables through the analysis of the correlation between variables, and tests the homologous method deviation degree of sample data through the analysis of homologous method deviation. Secondly, this study focuses on the impact of employees' goal orientation on cognitive engagement, work passion and deliberate practice, and the impact of cognitive engagement, work passion and deliberate practice on employees' entrepreneurial learning. It constructs the structural equation model. And in the analysis results of 24 hypotheses, there are 22 get data support, and 2 hypothesis does not get support. Finally, this paper analyzes and discusses the above structural equation model in details. It in-depth discusses these two hypothesis which does not get support and finds out the reason. The research suggest that new enterprise employees' learning goal orientation and performance-prove goal orientation has a positive impact on cognitive engagement and work passion. Learning goal orientation also has a positive impact on the deliberate practice. But performance-prove goal orientation has no effect on deliberate practice. Employees' performance-avoid goal orientation has a negative impact on cognitive engagement, work passion and deliberate practice. And the cognitive engagement, work passion and deliberate practice has a positive impact on entrepreneurial learning. At last, the paper summarizes the main conclusions and innovations, and points out the deficiencies and prospects. This study makes up the lack of entrepreneurial learning theory and has a relatively high level of innovation. It expands the research field of entrepreneurial learning, in-depth analyzes employees' entrepreneurial learning. It constructs a process model of the influence of employees' entrepreneurial learning, reveals the mechanism that antecedent variables impact on entrepreneurial learning. It analyzes the impact of different goal orientations on employees' entrepreneurship learning through cognition, emotion and behavior, and further suggests the innovative practice enlightenment. At the same time, there is still a lack of variable influence control, environment variable control and the relationship between work attitudes etc. which should be complemented in later research.
