D.Research On The Effectiveness Evaluation Of Enterprise Group Risk Management

With the development of modern enterprises and increase of market competition,internal and external risks faced by firms are increasingly diversified,the risk of complications prompted managers to pay attention to risk management,risk management has become an important part of the internal control system.Therefore,how to set up a sound system of risk management,the effectiveness of risk management system,become a concern of the modern enterprise.According to domestic and foreign scholars,the study on the effectiveness of risk management is still in a new field.The effectiveness of risk management has become a key concern of modern enterprises.This article selects for the case of D group,through the analysis of the risk of the enterprise management status,combined with the latest overall2017 issued by the coso enterprise risk management framework to build from five aspects to build risk management effectiveness evaluation index system,constructed a total of 25 indicators,including nineteen qualitative indicators,six quantitative indicators,through questionnaires and ahp to give weights,Evaluate the effectiveness of group D's risk management through analysis and calculation,analyze the reasons.
