The Research On The Informationization Performance Evaluation Of Automobile Manufacturers Based On DEA

As the economic globalization has become an inevitable trend, how to seize the fleeting chance accurately and timely, information revolution which grows rapidly shows the important strategic significance. Every enterprise place itsself in the current competition environment, so if it want to obtain the enterprise competitive advantage and resist risk and finally realize own long-term development strategy, informatization construction is the necessary means. At present part of China automobile manufacturing enterprises'informationization have entered the stage of thorough application, almost all automobile manufacturing companies have made information planning, the discretion of informatization performance will be largely around the performance, influence enterprise value realization. Therefore, how to evaluate enterprise informatization performance quality will be related to the survival and development of enterprises.Auto manufacturing enterprise is a kind of technology and capital intensive enterprises, its information content also has the profession characteristic, auto enterprise informatization has the characteristics of high investment and high risk. This paper analyzes the characteristics of automobile manufacturing enterprise informatization respectively from the manufacturing process management, operation management and sales management aspects. According to these characteristics and considering the particularity of the automobile industry, I construct informatization performance evaluation index of car manufacturing enterprises, and set the informatization performance indicators from informatization to improve their ability to make a profit, operation and development.The Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is the field that intersected by operational research and management, it considers the efficiency as breakthrough point, and evaluate the relative efficiency with type unit according to multiple input index and a number of numerical output index . DEA model results give each decision a unit comprehensive efficiency, at the same time, give the DEA effective decision unit invalid reasons and improvement goals according to the best frontier, thus these provide important decision-making reference information to enterprise top managers.This paper uses two evaluation models based on the data envelopment analysis, it will analysis combining management effectiveness evaluation model to C~2RS~2, I evaluate the informatization of performance according to 23 automobile companies related datas in 2008 and 2009, I would figure out the effective unit and invalid units, and do the further study of the results, the author analyze the influence factors and informatization performance measures for improvement of invalid unit based on model analysis results, at last ,the paper would put forward some suggestions to improve the performance and develop ment from the government and enterprises.
