| Nowadays, with the forming of economic globalization, rapid developing informationization revolution gradually shows important strategic significance. The building of enterprise informationalization is the essential means to support enterprise to realize self-development strategy, resist competing risk and acquire competing advantage. Currently ,the enterprise information of china's major automobile manufacturers have been entering the application of phase-depth, the effectiveness and efficiency of informationization directly affect the implementation of enterprise performance and value .The effective management and control for the performance of infornationization has become an important task to ensure the implementation of enterprise value.At present, in academia, most of the researches on enterprise informationization are from the input-oriented, few from the performance-oriented. Performance evaluation of enterprise information focuses on two aspects: the evaluation of the process and the effect of informationization.As capital-intersive and technology-intensive enterprises, the contents of the automobile manufacturer informationization mainly have automatization and informationization of production management, informationization of internal management and the informationization of the SCM and CRM .At the same time, this thesis analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of automobile manufacturer information from production management, SCM, internal management, e-commerce and CRM aspects.By expansion and extension of BSC ideology ,aimed to the specificity of automobile industry , the thesis constructs performance evaluation indexes of automobile manufacturer informationization with four first-grade index ,including finance index, internal business operation, customers index, development potential index. At the same time, first-grade indexes include respectively second-grade indexes and third-grade indexes.Due to uncertainty and gray of the datum of performance evaluation , the thesis put forward Gray-Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Model, integrating the advantages of AHP ,Gray Theory, and Fuzzy Evaluation.Eventually,the thesis applies the index system and modal into a automobile manufacturer. Informationization of the manufacturer is the leading level in domestic counterparts. Therefore, to some extent, can also verify the rationality of the model. |
