In recent years,with the continuous expansion of China's commodity circulation scale and demand,a large number of online warehouse enterprises focusing on fast moving consumer goods logistics have sprung up.The intelligent,standardized,intensive and green logistics industry has become the development trend.Because of intensive characteristics,the integration of warehouse and distribution has gradually become the preferred mode of innovative operation for traditional logistics enterprises.However,due to the problems of location allocation,picking strategy,distribution efficiency,distribution path,etc.,the internal operation of warehouse integration enterprise is not smooth,the storage cost is high,the distribution efficiency is poor,and the service level is low.In the warehousing process of modern integrated warehouse and distribution enterprises,the unreasonable allocation of goods location and the selection of picking strategy are two problems that need to be solved urgently.The efficiency of goods storage and retrieval is an important index to measure the high and low performance of warehouse in the integrated warehouse and distribution enterprise.In this thesis,the location allocation and picking strategy are studied respectively,and then collaborative research.The main contents of the thesis are as follows:(1)In this thesis,the multi-color set theory is studied,and the optimization model is established based on the assumption of the model.The GA algorithm is used to solve the problem of position allocation optimization,and the GA algorithm based on multicolor set theory is used to solve the problem.Through Matlab simulation,the changing coordinates before and after position optimization are obtained,and the effect of position allocation optimization is achieved.(2)By studying the existing pattern of picking system,it is concluded that the main factors affecting picking system are order batch,partition picking and path optimization.The thesis adopts the path optimization picking strategy under order batch,establishes the model,selects the GA algorithm and the GASA algorithm to carry on the optimization research,through the example verifies the applicability of the strategy.(3)The mathematical model is established to minimize the maximum partition picking time,and the SAC algorithm based on Skus correlation and the NFDP algorithm based on cargo position are proposed.First solve the problem of position distribution and solve the problem of packing of the in wave order.After the introduction of SAC-NFDP nesting algorithm,iteratively,to obtain the optimal distribution of cargo and cargo box,and then the optimal picking path.In the end,the thesis studies and explores the allocation and selection strategy of warehouse and distribution integration enterprises and their co-operation in combination with practical cases,the modeling and solving methods of the above three aspects are studied respectively.The results show that the co-optimized cargo position and picking path are 33.86% and 35.91% higher than the actual results of enterprises.The cooperative method of position allocation and picking strategy can improve customer service quality,reduce logistics cost and improve logistics efficiency.
