With the fast development of domestic logistics industry, distribution plays an increasingly important role in logistics system. When customers'distributing demands become small batch, many breed, and repetitious, logistics enterprise must make the most of existing resources reasonably, and establish distribution scheme scientifically, if they want to reduce cost and advance work efficiency. Meanwhile, the quality and service level of distribution are the key factors which affect satisfaction degree of customer. Therefore, managing distribution tasks reasonably is important to achieve such distribution goals as high efficiency, low payout, right time, and high quality. The primary research is as follows:First, distribution tasks in Circulating Distribution Center are researched. Characteristic, function and process of distribution tasks are analyzed. And some representative conflicts among distribution tasks are also expatiated.Second, distribution damage in Circulating Distribution Center is studied. Several controllable factors of cargo damage during distribution process are analyzed. Influence is expounded, which damage produce to customers and enterprise. And some countermeasures are proposed to reduce and elude damage. Next, distribution cycle in Circulating Distribution Center is investigated. Main reasons are discussed, which cause long distribution cycle. And some strategies to shorten distribution cycle are also summed up.Third, optimum problem of distribution tasks is lucubrated, considering damage constraint. An optimum model based on cargo damage constraint is introduced. Then optimum problem of distribution tasks is also studied, considering time constraint. And a relevant optimum model is proposed. Meanwhile time arrangement of distribution tasks is investigated, taking into account four kinds of time count means. Later optimum problem of distribution tasks is researched, considering both damage and time constraints. An integrated optimum model based on cargo damage and time constraints is established. In all cases, stochastic integer programming formulations are tendered as the certain problem through the equivalent transform.Finally, the applications of three models are discussed.
