In the period of comprehensive social transformation and development and drastic changes in social structure,the traditional energy industry,especially the petrochemical industry,is faced with unprecedented development difficulties and survival challenges.the whole industry chain competition in petrochemical industry is intensifying,and the war for core technical talents has entered the white-hot stage.In recent years,for running private and local enterprise in progress,in the state-owned enterprise training experience for many years,the state-owned enterprises brain drain is serious,has caused wide public concern,this article based on the theory of double factors incentive,from two aspects of motivation factors and hygiene factors analysis of DQ petrochemical company brain drain problem,hope to traditional petroleum and petrochemical industry talent management and enterprise development to provide certain help.In this paper,based on the theory of double factors incentive theory,the DQ petrochemical company brain drain problem as the research object,through questionnaire,face-to-face interview,data collection,etc,analyses the key factors the company brain drain.Based on the two-factor incentive theory,this paper analyzes the influencing factors.The factors of health care mainly include enterprise development prospect,enterprise management system,salary distribution mechanism,management assessment mechanism,working environment,etc.The main incentive factors are low recognition of leaders,little work challenge,unblocked promotion channels,unequal power and responsibility,low personal interest,and imperfect training system.Based on the analysis of the influencing factors,the countermeasures are put forward from two aspects: the health factor,which is to clarify the strategic prospect of enterprise development,improve the management system and the salary and welfare system of the enterprise,and improve the comfort of the working environment at the same time.The incentive factors are mainly to enhance the challenge of work,open the promotion channels for employees,establish the equal rights and responsibilities mechanism,stimulate employees’ interest in work,and improve the effect of employee training.
