Research On Value Evaluation Method Of Science And Technology Enterprise Based On GRNN Neural Network

With the opening of the science and technology board,technology-based enterprises have gradually become the main body that transforms the way of economic development in China,and the backbone of China's comprehensive competitiveness.Market transactions such as IPO,capital increase,stock expansion,mergers and acquisitions,and reorganizations are important strategic measures for technology-based enterprises to rapidly expand their business scale,enhance competitiveness,and seize market share.The premise of implementing these strategic decisions is to reasonably and accurately value the technologybased enterprises.Assessment,so the choice of value assessment method for technology-based enterprises is particularly important.The value of listed technology-based enterprises can be obtained through the public stock exchange market,but non-listed technology-based enterprises can only be evaluated using enterprise value assessment methods.The current value evaluation methods mainly include cost method,market method and income metho d.However,these value evaluation methods have strict prerequisites and assumptions when they are applied.There are many limitations in evaluating the value of technology-based enterprises,leading to accurate results of technology-based value evaluation Sex is not high.Therefore,it is an urgent problem to construct a value evaluation method that can accurately evaluate the value of technology companies.This paper first analyzes the value sources and value characteristics of technology-based enterprises,determines the factors affecting the value of technology-based enterprises,and determines the value evaluation indicators of technology-based enterprises.Second,it establishes a technology-based enterprise value evaluation model based on the GRNN neu ral network,selecting 60 GEM-listed companies that meet the requirements of technology-based enterprises are used as sample companies to train and test the constructed model.Finally,the EVA value-added method and the GRNN neural network-based value evaluation model established in this paper are used to value the three and five interconnected companies.Evaluation,comparing and analyzing the evaluation results of the two methods,highlighting the accuracy and rationality of the value evaluation method based on GRNN neural network.
