Study On Income Increase Of Rural Low-income Groups In H City

With the implementation of the strategy of poverty alleviation engines,H city of rural social economic development,in recent years,farmers living standards continue to improve,but also exist in the rural interior the phenomenon of unbalanced development,rural income of the low-income group question not only relates to the development of rural economy,the position of agriculture as the foundation of the economy,more become the crucial strategic poverty can win,the first "one hundred" target can be the key factor for successful completion.Only by finding the relevant factors affecting the income of rural low-income groups in H city,can the overall rural social environment be completely improved and the grand blueprint of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects be realized.Therefore,this paper is of great practical significance.This paper firstly defines and classifies the rural low-income groups in H city.This paper expounds the current situation of rural development in H city,including the overall economic situation and the basic situation of agriculture and rural areas.Based on the data of nine items,such as the health status and the enjoyment of poverty alleviation policies,this paper takes the registered poor households as an example to analyze the poverty situation of low-income groups,shows the arduous task of poverty alleviation and points out the focus of follow-up research,so as to ensure that the rural low-income groups in H city can continue to gain income under the background of poverty alleviation.A special household survey was further conducted on 2,560 low-income households in 6 poverty-stricken counties,51 townships and 128 villages in H city.By means of grouping analysis,structural analysis and correlation comparative analysis,the survey household proportion and the change trend in the past two years of the five groups of low income,low income,middle income,high income and high income were obtained.It can be concluded that the number of high-income villages has increased significantly,and the per capita disposable income of more villages has entered the ranks of high-income.It can also be concluded that the ratio of the four income categories of the investigated households,namely wage income,net operating income,net transfer income and net property income,among which the investigated households have a higher dependence on wage income and a lower dependence on net property income.The existing problems are lack of ideological awareness,lack of cultural quality and skill level,single income channel,lack of labor force due to causes and disabilities,and too small proportion of property income.According to the main reasons affecting the income growth of rural low-income groups and the current situation,the author puts forward the following four relevant countermeasures:first,improve the employment service system and education poverty alleviation mechanism,promote the increase of wage income;Second,promote the development of new business model,expand the net income channels;Third,establish a long-term mechanism to prevent poverty return and a social security system to ensure the stability of transfer net income;Fourth,establish and improve the land transfer market,stimulate the growth potential of net property income.
