Nowadays,regardless of the industry,the social responsibility of enterprises in sustainable development depends on the behavior of employees,so the green behavior of employees plays a significant role in sustainable development.One of the important current challenges faced by human resources professionals is ensuring that environmental sustainability is integrated into human resources policies.Although people are increasingly interested in studying environmental sustainable management and its potential benefits to companies,few scholars have conducted in-depth research on the mediating role of green human resource management and employee green behavior.Green Human Resource Management(GHRM)refers to organizations engaged in environmental protection and ecological balance practices.The emergence of green human resource management includes the degree of social improvement,work-life balance,and economic welfare.The success of an organizational plan depends on the behavior of employees.Therefore,based on the resource-based theory and self-determination theory,this study builds a dual intermediary model on the impact mechanism of green human resource management on employees' green behavior.The model uses green human resource management as the core variable,and analyzes the impact of environmental enthusiasm and environmental performance pressure as intermediary variables on employees' green behavior.In this study,the employees of Hubei Province were taken as the research object.A total of 303 questionnaire samples were collected.Through the reliability and validity analysis of the questionnaire,the sample statistical analysis of the sample,and the regression analysis using SPSS statistical tool software,etc.:First,green human resource management stimulates employees 'motivation for sustainable development,improves environmental management capabilities,and provides employees with opportunities to implement behaviors.Therefore,green human resource management is positively affecting employees' green behaviors.Second,green human resources management has deepened employees' understanding of environmental management and stimulated their own environmental enthusiasm.Third,environmental enthusiasm,as a positive positive emotion of employees,positively affects the green behavior of employees,and plays an intermediary role between green human resource management and employee green behavior.Fourth,environmental performance pressure as an motivating factor stimulates employees' controlled motivation,positively affects employees' green behavior,and plays a mediating role between green human resource management and employees' green behavior.The research conclusions provide theoretical inspiration and practical significance for the organization to implement green human resource management,promote employees' green behavior,and achieve sustainable strategic development of the organization.The above conclusions validate the conclusion that green human resource management has an impact on employees 'green behavior through environmental enthusiasm and environmental performance pressure,supplementing domestic scholars' research on the outcome variables of the role of green human resource management,and also complementing green human resource management and employee green An empirical study of behavioral mediating effects.In practice,the better implementation of green human resource management has brought management inspiration and policy suggestions,which has greatly improved the management efficiency of enterprises.
