Research On The Cultivation Of Pharmaceutical Innovative Enterprises Of Nanjing Municipal Government

To achieve the goal of Jiangsu's high-quality economic development,and promote the transformation from manufacturing to creation,from quantity to quality,from OEM to independent R&D,make Jiangsu province became an internationally advanced and competitive manufacturing base.As well as industrial science and technology innovation center.We needs to give full play the role of government and systematically promote the construction of innovative provinces.In the 21st century,The pharmaceutical industry is one of the emerging strategic industries in China and has a prominent position in the process of economic development.Although the global economic development rate has slowed down,the growth rate of the pharmaceutical industry has been leading,with an average annual growth rate of 10.6%.Pharmaceutical innovative enterprises as representatives of innovative enterprises is typical and persuasive.In order to know the Policy implementation of pharmaceutical enterprises innovation,this paper research on the status quo of the development of pharmaceutical industry in Nanjing and the development status of pharmaceutical enterprises.Current policies including:formulating fiscal policies and talent policies to promote the healthy development of the industry,creating a collaborative innovation platform and incubation industry park,accelerate the transformation of innovation results,support policies for small and medium-sized pharmaceutical enterprises innovation.The paper also introduced the three major enterprises with innovative representatives in Nanjing:Nanjing Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,Jinling Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,Nanjing CoreTech biomedical Co.,Ltd.,and their innovative attempts in different fields of the pharmaceutical industry.Through the research on the difficulties and existing problems encountered in the innovation of pharmaceutical enterprises in Nanjing,the main problems existing:the national innovation policy system lacks systematicity,it fails to create a public environment that meets the needs of enterprises,Insufficient supply of public goods necessary for innovation,insufficient driving force for industrial innovation development.Then we draw on the unique development experience of the United States and India,as well as Shanghai and Guangdong's experience combined with the self-owned conditions,resources,advantages and disadvantages of the Nanjing pharmaceutical industry.Summarize the successful experience of domestic and foreign governments in cultivating the development of pharmaceutical innovation enterprises for Nanjing's government.On this basis,in order to develop the pharmaceutical industry in Nanjing and push the competitiveness of Nanjing pharmaceutical industry.The paper put forward ten suggestions from four aspects including innovation system,innovation environment,innovative public products,and innovation platform to cultivate Nanjing pharmaceutical enterprises.
