| The Technological Innovation Project---"Six Ones" is forging ahead actively in Jiangxi Province. At the same time, the goal of cultivating 100 innovative enterprises has been set up here. As the body part of implementing scientific and technological innovation, the cultivating of innovative enterprises shoulders the main responsibility. This thesis begins with the introduction of the development of innovative theory, then moves on to the connotation and features of innovative enterprises in the hope that the analyzing results can help the enterprisers improve and enhance innovative performance and core competitive power. Based on the analysis of the present innovative enterprises, the thesis has built the evaluation system of innovative achievement of the innovative enterprises in Jiangxi province. In the meantime, in view of the empirical study of five innovative projects adopted in Changhe Automaker, the thesis has initially proved that DEA—the methodology adopted in the study, is practical. At last, the author has concluded the four measures to raise the innovative performance in innovative enterprises in Jiangxi province:create innovative atmosphere and enhance the business managers'innovative awareness; perfect innovation-inspiring mechanism; establish a innovative team; improve the level of achievement management. |
