In August 2018,McKinsey released the report "it's too late for China's banking industry to layout the ecosystem at the right time",which pointed out that domestic banks are facing the overwhelming impact of Internet giants in the correct flow.The banking industry feels unprecedented crisis,the original financial and economic structure has been broken,and a large number of financial businesses have been inclined from the physical end to the Internet end.In order to rapidly improve the level of information technology,making full use of external scientific and technological resources has become the top priority,for which the key issue is how to effectively manage IT outsourcing personnel.According to existing the research on the theory and practice of performance management,this paper analyzes its application in the original performance management system of bank M,and studies the problems existing in the original performance management system of bank M and puts forward solutions through literature search,discussion,case analysis,data analysis and other methods.Based on the basic idea of work value orientation,this paper takes Skinner's reinforcement theory and goal management theory.Porter and Lawler's comprehensive incentive theory as the theoretical basis,to promote the concept of performance,improve incentive means,refine evaluation indicators,promote system circulation as a means to optimize the performance evaluation system of M bank.The overall optimization scheme is between the process and the result,biased to the result,qualitative to quantitative,biased to quantitative,easy to quantitative comparison,with high practicality.Finally,it compares the changes before and after implementation,and through independent sample t test,verifies that the performance after optimization is indeed higher than that before optimization,which proves that this optimization effectively improves the performance of outsourcing personnel,increases the enthusiasm of outsourcing personnel,and accelerates the promotion of M bank network technology.
