In addition to the four major state-owned banks,the national joint-stock banks and local city firms have mushroomed.At present,China's financial industry has become increasingly competitive.How to have its own core competitiveness in this competitive relationship is a problem that all commercial banks must face.The most important assets of banks are outside their tables,that is,employees.Therefore,the performance appraisal system of commercial banks is becoming increasingly important,and gradually become the core competitiveness.This is the most important to the performance of growth rate and asset quality are among the best of the city commercial bank NB branch of ZJG.In the post as the research object,according to the modern enterprise performance evaluation theory and method,I studied the performance management system of the existing problems in the design Department,and the a relatively perfect performance assessment scheme implementation,put forward suggestions on Application of department performance appraisal.With the rapid development of NB bank ZJG branch in recent years,good brand efficiency and professional reputation have been established,and employee benefits,treatment and income have gradually increased.Overall,the company department is the main source of profit,but also a core marketing department,but the department managers,account managers still have problems of liquidity,income of two stage differentiation serious,therefore the original performance management scheme also gradually exposed some problems,has been unable to meet the overall demand for development in the new environment and institutions.How to formulate a scientific and reasonable performance management plan,and make the department thought and action unified for the bank's overall development strategy service,is the problem that NB bank leaders need to consider and solve urgently.Through the analysis of the performance management of post NB bank ZJG branch,find out the deficiencies of the performance evaluation model,using the performance management of the scientific method to the original performance management system optimization,in order to further strengthen the sustainable development for a period of time of the NB bank ZJG branch in the industry in China the competitive advantage and future objective.
