In the management practice,the new generation employees has become the main force in the work force in the Internet era,in order to adapt to the new situation,new groups and new needs,it is necessary to update and adjust the content of corporate employee responsibility;in the changeable environment,enterprise wants to obtain sustainable development,relying on employees to perform more citizenship behavior,and with the scope and strength of people's public life are increasing,various types society has more requirements and expectations on citizen.In theoretical research,corporate employee responsibility hasn't getting enough attention,lacking of specialized research,and aren't synchronous with the age development;the studies of employee citizen behavior are still focused on the organization,and are very short of attention to the behaviors of employee which are beneficial to the society,the country and the world;at the same time,it is not common,from the perspective of corporate social responsibility,to explore its impact on employee citizen behavior.Therefore,it is significant to explore the influence mechanism of corporate employee responsibility to employee citizenship behavior.Based on this,this study on the basis of literature research,according to Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory,discussing the corporate employee responsibility which face the new generation in the network era,and combining previous research results improve the ladder theory of the corporate employee responsibility,namely includes responsibility of security and stability,responsibility of belongingness and esteem and responsibility of value realization;based on externality theory,extending the connotation of employee citizenship behavior,and according to the beneficiary of behavior to build up the two-dimensional model namely employees internalizing citizenship behavior and externalizing citizenship behavior.Then,according to the related theories and literature research,set up the theoretical model of the corporate employee responsibility,employee satisfaction,employee citizenship behavior and personality traits,and through the data of 85 managers and 238 employees from China organization,using the SPSS 22.0,AMOS 23.0 and 6.08 HLM various statistical analysis software synthetically,to verify the hypothesis of this paper to reveal the cross-level influence mechanism how corporate employee responsibility affects employee citizenship behavior,finally get the conclusions as follows:Firstly,the corporate employee responsibility has significant cross-level positive effects on employee citizenship behavior,but the every dimension of corporate employee responsibility has different influence degree on the two dimensions of employee citizenship behavior.Secondly,the corporate employee responsibility has significant cross-level positive effects on employee satisfaction,but the every dimension of corporate employee responsibility has different influence on employee satisfaction.Thirdly,employee satisfaction has significant positive impact on employee citizenship behavior,and employee satisfaction plays cross-level partial mediating role between corporate employee responsibility and employee citizenship behaviorFourthly,personality traits(egoism and altruism)play positive moderating role in the relationship between employee satisfaction and employee citizenship behavior,namely employee satisfaction match with egoism and altruism both can promote employee citizenship behavior,but matching with altruism has greater promotion on employee citizenship behavior than matching with self-interest on employee citizenship behavior.
