| In recent years,with the further development of capital market,the concept of market value management has been paid more and more attention by managers and economists of listed companies.This is closely related to the development and transformation of China’s capital market in the past two decades.In 2005,China’s stock market initially carried out the reform of non-tradable shares.With the deepening implementation of the reform for more than ten years,non-tradable shares in the capital market entered the stock market for normal circulation,realized the same share and the same rights,and gradually solved various problems caused by the imbalance of interests among the relevant shareholders in A-share market.This has greatly improved the appearance that before the reform,the major shareholders did not care about the price of the stock exchange market,so that all shareholders concerned about their own economic interests,thus providing an opportunity for market value management.Under such circumstances,it is imperative to implement market value management in listed companies.The so-called market value management refers to the establishment of a long-term organizational mechanism to effectively pursue the maximization of corporate value,create value for shareholders,and maintain the relative dynamic balance of the relationship between the relevant parties through timely and accurate information interaction with the capital market.Make the share price of the company serve the company’s overall strategic objectives within the scope of the company’s capabilities.Market value management is based on the strategic management behavior of listed companies.The company’s market value signals,consciously and actively use various scientific and compliance methods and means to maximize the value creation,maximize the value and optimize the value management.Its main contents include:maximizing value creation;maximizing value realization and value management.With the continuous development and progress of China’s capital market,market value management has become a hot topic in the capital market,and its importance has been recognized by more and more people.Although China has implemented market value management for more than ten years,many listed companies still don’t know how to implement market value management reasonably and effectively to enhance the company’s intrinsic value and show its market value.Firstly,this paper combs the literature review of market value management,and elaborates the theory of market value management in detail.Then,it introduces how to manage the market value of Listed Companies in China.On this basis,taking TXKG Company as the case study object,using a series of research methods such as literature study,event study,case study and financial index analysis,this paper introduces the market value management behavior of TXKG Company in different periods and different emphases in detail,and makes detailed analysis and puts forward solutions to the existing problems.It is hoped that through the study of the effectiveness of TXKG market value management method,it can provide ideas and reference for other listed companies. |
