With the rapid development of China's economy,China's financial industry is also growing rapidly,banking industry has become the leader of China's market economy development.Then,opportunities and risks coexist,and banks are facing more and more serious risks.On the one hand,the world's major banks have entered China,intensifying the competition of China's banking industry,which has a huge impact on China's banking industry.On the other hand,the improvement of residents' living standard brings great development opportunities for banks,at the same time,it also puts forward higher requirements for banks.To this end,banks should strengthen the focus and management of employees in first-line outlets,establish a reasonable management system for employees in outlets,and mobilize the enthusiasm of employees in outlets,so as to improve the ability of employees in outlets to serve customers.In order to improve the management mechanism of network employees,we must pay more attention to performance management.On the basis of a comprehensive analysis of the post responsibilities of network employees,a perfect performance appraisal system is established to improve the management level of network employees and promote the development of the whole bank.This paper takes Bank A's Suzhou branch as the research object to discuss the performance appraisal of network employees.This paper begins with an introduction of the background and significance of the topic,a review of the relevant research status at home and abroad,and a review of the theoretical basis of this study,laying a theoretical foundation for the follow-up study of the paper.Then it states the general situation of the network staff of Bank A Suzhou Branch,summarizes and analyses the current situation of the performance appraisal of the network staff of Bank A Suzhou Branch,and investigates the existing problems of the performance appraisal of the network staff by questionnaires,and analyses the reasons for the existing problems.Then on the basis of combing the design ideas of performance appraisal scheme for network employees,the performance appraisal index system for network employees of Bank A Suzhou Branch is designed based on the balanced scorecard.The weight of performance appraisal index for network employees is studied by Delphi method,and the performance appraisal index is designed.Finally,the implementation process of performance appraisal for employees of Bank A Suzhou Branch is determined,and specific safeguard measures are put forward to ensure its smooth implementation.It is hoped that this study will provide some guidance and reference for the improvement of the performance appraisal system of the network staff of Bank A,Suzhou Branch.
