Research On Strategic Transformation Of Urban Construction Investment Corporation In XC County Based On Dynamic Capability

Since 2010,the state and local governments have strictly controlled the loans of urban investment enterprises.Financing platforms are facing unprecedented policy pressures and restrictions.New policies have focused on preventing and controlling financial and financial risks,standardizing the development of platforms,and urging platform companies to introduce market mechanisms,standardize investment and financing operations,and change development modes.XC County Investment Company is one of urban investment enterprises,so it is faced with the difficult problem of changing development mode and carrying out strategic transformation.This paper uses SPS case study method to study the strategic transformation of XC County Investment Company.Through the analysis of the dynamic capability composition and strategic transformation process of investment companies of the county,the transformation model is established,and the influence mechanism of dynamic capability of XC County investment company on strategic transformation is obtained.This paper obtains vivid first-hand information by means of semi-structured interview,and collect second-hand information in a variety of ways at the same time.According to strategic transformation analysis,strategic transformation choice,strategic transformation performance in the process of strategic transformation,this paper uses hierarchical coding to deal with the related data and analyzes the three stages of different dynamic capability how to promote the strategic transformation smoothly.According to the above analysis,we can conclude that the dynamic capability of XC County Investment Company including environmental perception ability,strategic choice ability,resource reconfiguration ability,and the three abilities are correspond to the consecutive stages in strategic transformation.Finally,this paper constructs the strategic transformation model of XC County Investment Company based on its dynamic capability.By analyzing the strategic transformation process of XC County Investment Company,this paper verifies the strategic transformation model based on dynamiccapability.XC County Investment Company strategic transformation based on the dynamic capability is full awareness of changes in business environment by environmental perception ability and adjust business strategy by mobilizing the abilities of strategic choice.Finally,the company develops its organization to provide effective help for transformation,so that it can overcome the process of business crisis.This paper studies the strategic transformation of XC County Investment Company from the perspective of dynamic capability,which provides a new perspective for understanding and explaining the phenomenon of strategic transformation of similar investment enterprises,and also provides an idea for the future development of the company and references for the strategic transformation of other companies of the same type.
