Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation And Its Application In Science And Technology Awards

A reasonable evaluation of science and technology awards may support the evaluation in theory. Fuzzy comprehensive evaluation may increase the fairness and reasonableness of the evaluation. So it is of great practical significance to probe into the theory research in fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Due to the rough operator, a great deal of information was lost in the process of the classic fuzzy comprehensive evaluation; as the triangle fuzzy numbers was used to represent the value of the indicators this problem was abated, but the modern fuzzy comprehensive evaluation needs a complex comparison in fuzzy numbers, this is not conducive to the decision-making. So it's necessary to improve the efficiency of the modern fuzzy comprehension.In this paper the AHP logarithm least square method ordering vector was derived in a new way based on the rank of the judgment matrix, and this method was used to weight the indexes which is needed in the demonstration studies. To fairer the evaluation, different dynamic expert weight methods were introduced based on different circumstances. At last this paper combined the thought of grey correlation analysis and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, to get a new evaluation method. This method was called fuzzy grey correlation analysis. A National Prize for Progress (public welfare projects) evaluation example was given, three methods were used to evaluate, based on the outcomes, and we know the so-called fuzzy grey correlative analysis which is introduced in this paper made the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation more efficient in decision-making. Because the optimal triangle fuzzy numbers and optimal fuzzy vector which were used to replace the maximum sets and the ideal solution may be got by observation, not need the complex comparison process of fuzzy triangle fuzzy numbers.
