Evaluation Research On High Quality Development Of Logistics Industry

The logistics industry is a basic,strategic,and pioneering industry of the national economy.Promoting the high-quality development of the logistics industry is not only serving the needs of quality changes,efficiency changes,and dynamic changes in economic development,but also an important part of high-quality economic development.Establishing an evaluation system for the high-quality development of the logistics industry and assessing the development level of the logistics industry in China will help management departments at all levels to clarify the problems existing in the development of the logistics industry.The policy system provides reference for decision-making.Firstly,this paper summarizes the literature on logistics development and logistics performance at home and abroad,and defines the high quality development of logistics industry.Secondly,based on the existing inductive index system,a logistics industry high-quality development index system is constructed from six aspects: economic development,logistics network and facilities,environmental coordination,logistics technology level,openness level and social responsibility.Thirdly,the entropy weight method is used to calculate the weight of the relevant index system and the comprehensive score ranking.Finally,Tobit regression analysis was carried out on the influencing factors after combing,and the influence degree and correlation between the comprehensive performance of high-quality logistics development and these factors were obtained.The research results show that high-quality development is mainly reflected in the three aspects of logistics technology level,economic development,and logistics network and facilities.The development of the eastern region is more obvious;the compound coordination degree shows a trend of upward and downward vibrations,and some comprehensively ranked high-ranking cities.Poor,lower-ranked cities have better synergy;regional GDP,per capita consumption of residents,urbanization levels,location quotients,and comprehensive efficiency of high-quality logistics development are significantly positively correlated.Local fiscal transportation expenditures are comprehensively integrated with high-quality development of the logistics industry.Efficiency is significantly negatively correlated.The results show that provinces and cities in China should first pay attention to environmentalissues and strengthen social safety while pursuing cost reduction and efficiency improvement;secondly,relevant logistics companies should cultivate employees’ innovative consciousness and improve the development of logistics technology information;at the same time,the government It is also necessary to formulate reasonable policies to guide people’s correct consumption concepts and promote the healthy development of the logistics industry.In the end,provinces and cities should actively take advantage of their location,train logistics talents,and build a reasonable level of urbanization.
