Problems And Countermeasures Of Wuhan Smart City From The People-oriented Perspective

China is facing a series of social problems in the process of urbanization,such as difficult economic transformation,serious ecological problems,lagging infrastructure and aging population.The construction of smart city provides a new way to solve the above problems.At present,the construction of China's smart city is still in the process of exploration.How to form a new form of urban development that is intelligent,efficient,dynamic,precise governance,safe and orderly,and harmonious between human and nature is a subject worthy of in-depth study.Firstly,this thesis defines the connotation of smart city and "people-oriented" thought,summarizes the development and current situation of smart city construction with Wuhan as an example,and analyzes the existing problems and reasons of "people-oriented" in the current smart city construction.On this basis,the thesis puts forward relevant suggestions for the construction of new smart city in the future.The research shows that the new smart city is a smart city with "people-oriented" and five development concepts.Adhering to "people-oriented" is to take human development as the foundation,pay attention to and care for the people,rely on the people to carry out all social practical actions,meet the development needs of the people,and conform to the purpose of building a new smart city.Only by adhering to people-oriented,can we solve a series of unsatisfactory problems in the current smart city construction,such as facilities not meeting needs,insufficient operation and maintenance,the aging population marginalized and the phenomenon of information island,etc.;and provide improvement direction for the construction of new smart city.In the future,the construction of smart city must always adhere to the "people-oriented" concept,take the needs of the people as the guide,clarify the role of government departments,cultivate government open service concepts,innovate smart city construction models,explore long-term sustainable development mechanisms,fully integrate and use information resources,increase the elderly population informatization application capabilities,improve the information security legal system,so as to improve the satisfaction of the people from the new smart city and promote the long-term sustainable development of the city and society exhibition.
