In order to win the battle against poverty,various industries and industries have adopted various forms of poverty reduction.Compared with other methods,rural tourism poverty reduction has regional,innovative,complex,growth,and sustainable market advantages.More and more attention by the country has gradually become an important channel for getting rid of poverty and getting rich.Poverty alleviation by rural tourism can not only increase the scale of the tourism industry and increase data on local macroeconomic benefits.More importantly,poverty alleviation by rural tourism can allow more poor people to fully enjoy the dividends brought by tourism development,and truly drive the poor out of poverty and become rich,and achieve precise poverty alleviation.With the promotion of the national precision poverty alleviation policy,the ultimate goal of tourism poverty alleviation is to lift all the poor in poor areas out of poverty.Therefore,the perception of poor residents on the effect of tourism poverty alleviation will directly affect the willingness and behavior of poor residents to participate in tourism poverty alleviation,and further affect the performance of tourism poverty alleviation,which is an important factor in the performance evaluation of regional tourism poverty alleviation development.Therefore,this article takes the perception of the poverty alleviation effect of tourism as a starting point for poor residents,and based on the existing relevant literature and field surveys,according to the actual situation of Guo Liang Village,it constructs a society that includes the perception of the economic effect of poverty alleviation by tourism and a society of poverty alleviation by tourism Cultural effect perception and tourism poverty alleviation of environmental effect.On the basis of this questionnaire,the perception of the poverty-relief effects of tourism by poor residents was analyzed,and the following conclusions were finally reached.First,villagers and scenic spots have different opinions on tourism development and management,and the economic benefits brought by local residents to tourism are strongly perceived by foreign operators.At the same time,residents have the strongest perception that the development of tourism interferes with the daily lives of local residents.Second,Guo Liang Village's social organization system is not perfect,and the management system is imperfect.He only pursues the current economic benefits of tourism poverty alleviation in GuoLiang Village,and lacks a clear plan for the future development of Guo Liang Village's tourism poverty alleviation.Third,the residents of Guo Liang Village have a stronger perception of the widening gap between the rich and the poor due to the development of tourism.The main reason is that the differences in individual local residents lead to different levels of participation in poverty alleviation through tourism,and thus different benefits.Fourth,the residents of Guo Liang Village believe that the development of tourism has caused great pollution to the local environment.The main reasons are that the environmental protection measures in the scenic spot are not in place,and the environmental awareness of foreign tourists and local residents is not strong.Fifth,based on the problems existing in the poverty alleviation of tourism in Guoliang Village,the following optimization paths are proposed: establishing a reasonable benefit distribution mechanism,ensuring the legal rights of villagers,protecting the rural ecological environment,and strengthening talent training and other measures.
