Research On Channel Ecosystem Performance Evaluation

In the current market environment,the difference of products is shrinking,the development of channels tends to be diversified,and the profit focus of enterprises shifts from product competition to channel competition.Therefore,channel has become an important factor that cannot be ignored.A channel with good efficiency,high quality and quick response will become the key for enterprises to gain advantages in the market competition,and how to measure the performance of channel has become an important topic of concern for enterprises and academic fields.At present,great progress has been made in the theoretical and practical research on channels,but there are also some problems such as the maturity,systematicness and scientificity of the theories.For channel system managers,the lack of mature theoretical guidance,scientific evaluation methods and available tools in channel performance evaluation may bring disadvantages to enterprise operation.Based on domestic and foreign literature research,this paper analyzes several common channel performance evaluation methods,and finally takes the mutation series method as the core method of performance evaluation in this paper.10 indicators were selected from four aspects,namely customer demand,channel resources,channel technology and channel system,to form a channel ecosystem performance evaluation system,and a channel ecosystem performance evaluation mutation model was constructed.In order to verify the feasibility of the model,six enterprises in the channel ecosystem of furniture industry were selected for application analysis.This article corresponds to the system theory,ecology and channel construction from the perspective of ecological niche channel ecosystem performance evaluation index system,using the mutation progression method to build channel performance evaluation model of ecological system it will be for the future,provide the theoretical reference to the implementation of the performance evaluation of ecosystem,and is conducive to the development of channel ecosystem theory.Area in the future,the performance evaluation of ecological system,need from the Angle of the channel as a whole,comprehensive consideration of the customer requirements,channel,channel resources technique,channel system four factors,only in the channel ecosystem enterprise combining self-development and satisfy customer needs,integrated a number of factors,channels to promote the development of the ecological system as a whole.
