Research On The Implementation Of Financial Support Policies For Small And Medium-Sized Enterprises In Wuhan

In recent years,with the rapid and healthy development of the national economy,China's market environment has undergone tremendous changes,supply side reform has been steadily promoted,and the enterprise structure is also changing with each passing day.We are glad to see that the state-owned economy and large-scale enterprises continue to expand their capital and scale,and become the backbone of the national economy.At the same time,we also see that the majority of small and medium-sized enterprises are growing day by day in a benign environment and soil.From the perspective of the whole country,the current development situation of domestic small and medium-sized enterprises plays an important role in all aspects of the national economy,such as export earnings,social employment,production technology reform,etc.However,a situation that can not be ignored is that small and medium-sized enterprises generally have a strong dependence on the external environment,which is easy to be affected by the butterfly effect when the external living environment tends to worsen and then fall into survival difficulties.From the central government to the local governments at all levels are also deeply aware of the importance of small and medium-sized enterprises,in view of the financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises,have issued a variety of financial support policies to support small and medium-sized enterprises.Especially during the novel coronavirus pneumonia outbreak in 2020,governments at all levels tried to introduce measures to protect SMEs in the difficult times.However,the financing difficulty of small and medium-sized enterprises is a widespread social problem,and there are complex transmission mechanisms and mechanisms,which can not be solved by a simple set of policies.There are still many local governments around the country suffering from such difficulties.There are various problems in supporting the financial support policies of small and medium-sized enterprises.Based on this,this paper makes a systematic study on the financial support policies of small and medium-sized enterprises in Wuhan,and analyzes the problems found in the formulation and implementation of financial policies to support the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in Wuhan,hoping to inspire the creation of a good development environment.The characteristic of this paper is that based on the full investigation of the development situation and policy measures of small and medium-sized enterprises in Wuhan,this paper analyzes the financial support policies of small and medium-sized enterprises that are being implemented now,and puts forward some improvement of regional financial support measures for small and medium-sized enterprises.Under the guidance of sufficient theoretical basis,this paper analyzes the financing status of small and medium-sized enterprises in Wuhan,and the implementation objectives,implementation paths,implementation contents and implementation effects of a series of financial support policies adopted by the government in response to this situation,and accordingly puts forward relevant optimization suggestions to improve the supporting policies for small and medium-sized enterprises in Wuhan.After the completion of the above research work,I hope it can provide useful reference for gradually improving the areas where the policy support for SMEs is insufficient,changing the original financing difficulties,and promoting the sustainable and stable development of SMEs.
