Faced with fierce competition, it is the biggest problem for D company that maintaining a competitive advantage. Among all the competitions, the basic is the talent competition. As human capital is the most important capital, enterprises need to realize human capital appreciation. Training and development are the best way to achieve human capital appreciation. Through training to develop the potential of employees, improve job performance and maximize organizational performance. How to make the greatest value of human capital through effective training is the focus of the current work. Studying and exploring how to establish an effective training system to achieve the desired training effect and to realize human capital appreciation is the problem that human resource practitioners and senior managers face and think about.This thesis studies the human capital theory, learning organization, career management, and training system, and adopts survey and interview methods to conduct a research on training situation of D company, discovering that D company lack a comprehensive training system, in which administrators attach little importance to training and the staff lack of understanding of the importance of staff training. According to the current situation of D company, as well as future development needs, the thesis has designed a training system in line with the company's development. Training system includes training needs analysis, training programs formulation, training implementation, and training evaluation, as well as training security system. In addition to setting up a common curriculum for the staff, according to the different functions and different ranks of the staff, set up appropriate training courses, including new employee training programs, worker training programs, leader training courses, management training courses, technical training courses and so on.D company, as a manufacturing-type enterprise, has representativeness to a certain extent. The author hopes that it can play a role of enlightening other manufacturing-type enterprises in staff training.
