Research On Modes And Paths Of Reformation Of Urban Village In Wuhan,Hubei Province

With the rapid development of urbanization,villages in cities have negative impact on urban development,so it is of great necessity and urgency to the integration of city system for villages in cities.As a matter of fact,the reconstruction of villages in the cities is complicated and difficult in the actual situation.There are some constraints such as the transformation of nature of lands and the financing for reconstruction.The government,developers,and villagers will also get involved in various issues like the benefits distribution during the process of transformation and implementation.Therefore,the reconstruction of villages in cities cannot be simply understood as simple demolition and reconstruction.The reconstruction of villages in cities marks the process of benefits distribution which gradually in balance and harmony.So concrete analysis of concrete problems should be followed when choose reconstruction model.In accordance with the characteristics of villages in cities and the relevant policies of the government,the appropriate and efficient reconstruction model should come into play.As the rapid progress of urbanization,there are urgent needs for the reconstruction of a variety of villages in the urban area of Wuhan City.Especially in recent years,with the constantly improving of the living standards of urban residents,Wuhan Municipal Government has devoted great efforts to transform villages in cities.Along with the deepening of the reconstruction,the top priority is to choose an effective reconstruction model for villages in cities.This thesis takes the choice of the reconstruction model of villages in cities of Wuhan City as the research subject on the basis of the research methods of the literature review methods,summary,induction and deduction and empirical analysis,etc.The related literatures about reconstruction of villages in cities are collected and sorted out.The thesis also makes an overview of the research status of reconstruction of villages in cities at home and abroad.What's more,it summaries the practical experience and existing problems in reconstruction of villages in cities in the Yangtze River demonstration district in Wuhan City.And the choice of reconstruction model is also be analyzed and summarized.On this basis,a case study of three representative reconstructions in villages in cities including Jinggang Village,Shahu Village and Luojiadun Village in the Yangtze River demonstration district in Wuhan CityThe purpose of this thesis is to explore the choice of reconstruction model according to the problems and difficulties in the reconstruction of villages in cities in Wuhan.At the same time,it makes a summary of the reconstruction experience of villages in cities in Wuhan,with a view to provide reference for the reconstruction of villages in cities in Wuhan other large and medium-sized cities in China.
