Nowadays,in the human resource management system of commercial banks,the performance assessment of account managers is playing a significant role.The exploration of how to establish and improve a complete and effective performance assessment system has been considered as an important research topic at the present stage.The actual situation indicates that the competition for market between commercial banks is becoming increasingly fierce,and in essence,it is the competition for talents.Therefore,for further enhancing the core competitiveness of commercial banks,the key point is to design a practical and reasonable performance evaluation system through scientific and effective methods.Based on the fundamental theories of performance assessment and the practice of ZBZH Bank,this paper analyzed the problems of performance assessment of account managers,and accordingly proposed encounter measures to ensure the effective implementation of the improvement plans.This article focused on researching the performance assessment of ZBZH Bank account managers through the methods of survey research and literature research.First of all,it explained the related concepts and methods of performance assessment.Then,it applied the method of Balanced Score Card(BSC)and Key Performance Indicator(KPI),comprehensively analyzed the current status of the performance assessment of ZBZH Bank account managers,and applied questionnaire surveys to clarify the main problems in the performance assessment of ZBZH Bank account managers.According to these problems,it designed an improvement plan for the account manager performance assessment.Finally,it proposed supporting measures for establishing and improving the performance assessment system of ZBZH Bank account managers.The research is expected to provide theoretical guidance for the performance assessment of account managers in ZBZH Bank,as well as provide theoretical reference for the performance assessment studies of account managers in other similar commercial banks,so that to enhance the internal driving force of commercial banks.
