With China's financial reform gradually entering the deep water area,the banking industry has been greatly impacted,and the era of high monopoly and high growth has come to an end.As China's economic development gradually changes from the past focus on volume to gradually focus on quality,the economy has entered a new normal.As a bellwether of economic development,the banking industry is also affected.The scale expansion of the banking industry continues to slow down.The inflow of foreign capital and the sudden emergence of online lending increase the competition for funds,and the competition in the banking industry becomes increasingly fierce.The important profit point of commercial Banks is the issuance and collection of loans,and the full amount and timely collection of loan interest and principal.Therefore,in order to survive and develop in the fierce competitive environment,commercial Banks must strengthen the construction and management of customer managers and optimize the performance appraisal system of customer managers.NS in Suzhou city bank,Suzhou city for four cities across the country,the bank was founded in 2007,the registered capital of 600 million yuan,existing staff more than 600 people,has more than 60 branches,branches in S city the township,is a local corporate banking institutions,the financial industry has a certain status in S city,has a certain reputation and credibility in the local people.With the constant changes of The Times,the shortcomings of NS bank's original performance assessment method for account managers are gradually revealed,including the lack of long-term planning for assessment,unreasonable design of assessment indicators,low degree of refinement of assessment,inadequate use of assessment feedback and results and other problems.How to improve and perfect the performance appraisal system of NS bank customer manager and improve the performance appraisal level is a big problem faced by NS bank.In this paper,the author based on the study of performance appraisal theory and research results at home and abroad,through the design,distribution and summary to customer manager performance evaluation questionnaire,the NS bank account manager performance evaluation system,analyzes the problems existing in the key performance evaluation method,the balanced scorecard method through such methods as setting NS bank customer manager's key performance indicators and analytic hierarchy process(AHP)is used to determine the weight of each key indicators,and the bank's existing to improve the client manager performance evaluation indicators.Finally,it strengthens the application of assessment results and puts forward guarantee measures for the assessment scheme.
